We arrived to this hotel by accident, but it was spacious, affordable, cute and with private beach access.

Amazing view of sea and mountain, wonderful area close the coast of Vasiliki Lefkada island! Luxurious Appartments, very clean and very close to worldwide famous Porto Katsiki Beach! The hotel offers facilities for learning windsurfing with the best trainers, gentle staff and direction! I ll visit it again with the first opportunity!

Lovely experience! Right on the shore, the beach is your lounge. The staff is really nice. Maria is really sweet and full of energy! Miss Anna makes you feel at home. Great value.

I visited with my girlfriend 5lthis August it was so nice experience. The room was large and with amazing view.also the restaurant of the hotel has delicious dishes with local products. I recommend this hotel to my friends and for sure i will come again

Came in to 0 parking. the place has over 20 rooms but 7 parking spots had to park 300 meters away. Restaurant closes at 7 pm. Room door doesn't shut unless you slam it. Water temperature goes from warm to burning to freezing. Room is good balcony is nice hotel is right on the beach. Overpriced for what you get.

Manager Mr Thodoris is a disgrace of Greek hospitality! When we arrived after a 5h drive with the baby we were told that the room we booked was occupied and we were offered an alternative accommodation which was not acceptable for 4 adults and a baby. Basically we were offered a downgrade. The lady at reception said that she was not the one allocating the rooms and she just did what the manager told her to do. We asked to speak to the manager but he was not available at the hotel. We were sent to see him at a different location( which was already another inconvenience) just to find him drinking coffee and refusing to talk to us. This made us so disappointed that we decided to leave the property and got reassurance at the reception that our card wouldn’t be charged. However as soon as we left they charged us for the first night and when we returned to sort this situation out, the receptionist told us again that the manager took authority to process this charge. This was done behind our back and the manager never tried to contact us or talk to us. Luckily we managed to get our money back ( by the way refund was issued in cash and nobody even took a signature from us to validate the receipt) and left the property hoping to never see them again. Imagine our surprise when a few days later we received an email from them asking to return the money back otherwise they would proceed with another charge to our card. The whole experience dealing with the team was so bad that we feel ourselves lucky to have never stayed there. Instead we found an amazing property for us with courteous and attentive hosts. What a shame Grand Nefeli!

We stayed for 2 nights, and really enjoyed it. Huge room, big balcony, great view, quiet and really comfortable. Super friendly owner, she made us feel very welcome. Highly recommended staying here.

This hotel is SACMMERS hotel. I paid in advance for 3 nights in a room with a see view. They took me to their worst room in their hotel with no view and a mutual wall and yard to a restourant, and for the room i payed for in advance and they took the order and charged me for they forced me to pay another 20 euros per night. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!
