★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απίστευτη εμπειρία γιόγκα, η Αναστασία με ηρεμεί κι ανάλογα με το πως αισθάνομαι, προσαρμόζει τις ασκήσεις για να έχω το καλύτερο δυνατό αποτέλεσμα στο σώμα και στην ψυχή! Η ώρα περνάει χωρίς να το καταλάβω και φεύγω πάντα ήρεμη κι ανάλαφρη!!!
An incredible yoga experience, Anastasia calms me down and depending on how I feel, she adjusts the exercises to have the best possible result in body and soul! Time passes without me realizing it and I always leave calm and light !!!
