Check the car thoroughly before renting and do not pay in advance. We have rented a car because of all the good reviews in there and found out it was in REALLY bad condition. It was a Suzuki Jimny and I totally understand that it's not the best car quality-wise, but still, if you rent them, you need to keep it at least in decent technical condition. Ours had really bad sounds, slipping clutch, differential defects which made going uphill very hard, broken roof holders (you couldn't close roof at all), broken glovebox and other stuff which made sounds all the time, broken boot (which couldn't be closed), etc. We have traveled for a few days and went back to them in the middle of our rent period to check if there is anything they can do (as they state in the answers for other reviews saying that you should have come back and we would have fixed it), but when I came they said they will not replace the car and will not give any discount or whatsoever, it's just like that and "all the Jimnys are like that from day one". I get that it's a business, but it comes to a point where technical condition of the car gets the customers in danger and letting them know about that doesn’t seem to make them care.
