J	Jakub Remenec on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good location with nice view to beach and old port of Bali. Bali is nice village,especially the area around the old port. Food was terrible, service on the bar bad, people looked like they hate the job.cleaning service and reception ok. You need to pay 3eur per day for wifi( in 2019?!!?!), there is safe box in your room but to use it they ask you 19 eur per week. These does not make sense. Pool is good, clean, however for some reason they close it around 7pm and put tape around. I could recommend this hotel onĺy for the view from balcony in Bali beach if you can go eat outside. Also make sure to stay in beach part and not village which is futher from sea with lot of steps
L	Luca Pacino on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came to Bali from England. From Chania to Bali its around 2 hours on a coach. Hotel itself from outside look nice, just like on pictures. Inside is typical Greek in terms of furnishings. My room was minimalistic and a bit tired, but I knew it and it was a compromise from my side, because location is just fully awesome, loads of people from different countries makes the place better. Also people complain about sters, they aren't that many! I haven't seen any drunks, people smoking weed, being aggressive or arrogant. Nice place for family holiday if you want to expose yourself to different cultures. Food is good, alcohol on full inclusive is limited, staff is nice. I would come back.

Customer service is non existent, never stay here again, was all inclusive but had to pay for water, no tea or coffee at lunch or dinner, food the same every day except one meat different. Pool filters green not clean
T	Tetiana Klymenko on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel has all the necessary in order you enjoy your rest. Clean rooms and tasty meal. Friendly personnel. But the biggest value is the beach and sea. Very convenient place. Not deep (I think about 7 meters and transparent water, you can see bottom there). Also you can observe underwater dwellers via mask.
P	Penny Wells on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shower is not on the wall, it is handheld, no bath. Lots of steep steps. No good if physically disabled in any way. Manager never seems to be here. The pictures of the hotel and rooms were false. It doesn't have any plug sockets for guests to use in room. The most of the hotel staff and beach bar staff have been lovely. Food not so great. Snacks offered altered daily between a cheese and ham roll (very small) to some wet cake thing the next Area is beautiful though.

The village is a short walk either side of the hotel if you didn't want to spend every night in the hotel. The food is plentiful and varied, not 5 star quality but lots of salad, meat etc . It is missing some entertainment of an evening, even just some music playing. The rooms are clean and good in size. The staff are friendly and helpful. If you have any problems with stairs, we were in the village side and had over 200 from the beach to the room, but we knew about them beforehand and it was our exercise! The view from our room was amazing! We would come back, it has been our first experience of Crete. We hired a car and went exploring too. The surrounding restaurants are very well priced and the food has been lovely. Well done Bali Beach xx
