Πιο πάνω είναι το σχόλιο του που αναφέρει ότι τα παπούτσια που πήρε τρίζουν. Δυστυχώς όχι μόνο δεν μας άλλαξαν παπούτσια καινούργια 220 ευρώ αλλά ακόμα δεν μας έχουν επιστρέψει τα όπως λένε "όχι ελλατωματικα" παπούτσια που τρίζουν. Μετά από 2μηνες ταλαιπωρίας από την ημέρα που αναφέραμε το πρόβλημα στο κατάστημα. Αντί επιστροφής Χρημάτων ή αλλαγής παπουτσιών μας έδωσαν 30% έκπτωση για να ξαναψωνισουμε παπούτσια που όπως πλέον ξέρουμε αν είναι ελλατωματικα δεν τα καλύπτει η υποτιθέμενη εγγύηση της εταιρείας. Γράφω εγώ το σχόλιο διότι μπορεί η εξυπηρέτηση πελατών να είναι κάκιστη αλλά η επικοινωνιακή πολιτική τους είναι τέτοια που σε κάνει να νομίζεις ότι έχουν δίκιο αφού δεν έχεις τη δυνατότητα να ξανααπαντησεις στις απαντήσεις τους που περίτεχνα σε βγάζουν τρελο. Αναρωτιέμαι γιατί η camper δεν δίνει το μοντέλο που τρίζει στους υπαλλήλους της, να το φοράνε όταν τά πουλάνε? Αφού δεν είναι ελλατωμα να κάνεις θόρυβο σε κάθε σου βήμα και να έχεις την αίσθηση ότι προσκολλάται στο δάπεδο το παπούτσι!Κρίμα ! Η κοπέλα, που με εξυπηρέτησε, η Γιώτα, με βοήθησε πάρα πολύ στην επιλογή και με κατεύθυνε στο τι να πάρω. Είχε άριστη γνώση του προϊόντος και ήταν παρα πολύ καλή, ευγενική και εξυπηρετική!! Επίσης το μαγαζί είναι άψογο!! Initially the designs are very nice and the company is fantastic! The girl who served me, Giota, helped me a lot in the selection and guided me on what to get. Τα camper υποτίθεται ότι έχουν εγγύηση για τέτοιες περιπτώσεις. Με έχουν ταλαιπωρήσει δύο μήνες,στείλανε τα παπούτσια στη Ισπανία για να πούνε ότι δεν μπορούνε να τα αλλάξουν πάρα μόνο να μου δώσουν 30% έκπτωση για επόμενη αγορά. Και όλα αυτά όχι από κάποιο τυχαίο μαγαζί αλλά από τον αντιπρόσωπο. Το αποτέλεσμα είναι ότι έχω πληρώσει 220 ευρώ και κυκλοφορώ με τα παλιά μου παπούτσια. Πως γίνεται ένα παπούτσι που τρίζει σε κάθε βήμα να θεωρείτε ότι δεν έχει πρόβλημα δεν το καταλαβαίνω. Το παπούτσι το περπάτησα και μπροστά στην υπάλληλο όπου και η ίδια διαπίστωσε το πρόβλημα. A few times my size weren't in stock and the employees ordered them for me and I was able to pick up the shoes at the store a few days later. Very convenient for me. Great store and customer service.
