Camping Kathisma - Epar.Od. Lefkas - Kato Exanthias

Camping is in a nice place, between two nice beaches, and the second star is for the kitchen, but people is unfriendly, not professional, prices are not clear, services need to be improved.. I don't suggest to go there

Beautiful camp, we absolutely loved it! You have everything you need, staff is more than polite, and the food you can get in the camp is out of this world!

the camp is very far from the beach - you have to drive to it. the toilets and showers are fairly clean, the water in the shower is warm. The camp is suitable as a transitional camp.

Absolutely amazing experience, was going to stay two nights, ended up staying one week ? we were there during high season (2nd half of July), 2 adults+1caravan. 1. It's situated on the west coast, namely where all the gorgeous beaches are (including the easily accessible Kathisma beach, only a few minutes by car) 2. Plenty of shadow available across the camping even during the hot July days, because it is situated in an olive orchard. 3. Quiet and intimate place, no noise at all, perfect for couples. 4. I have to emphasise the absolute cleanliness of the facilities, they are being cleaned really thoroughly every morning, setting high hygiene standards for even more pretentious locations. Congratulations to the owners, and many thanks for taking such good care of us! Also, the protective doors against insects help a lot, an excellent idea. 5. There is a cafe on the premises, serving fresh coffee and very good breakfast- tried it a couple of times. 6. The guest can use the kitchen- i was only doing some dishes, used the fridge and the freezer, but I noticed there is also an ironing machine and board available. 7. Needless to say that there is hot water all the time plus soap in the bathroom. There are enough showers, toilets and sinks available. 8. On top of all, the family that owns the business is also a producer of olive oil, wine and honey! So, if you want to buy local products, the place is excellent. 9. Ah, and let's not forget, the price is really affordable, 20 euro/night: 2 adults +4 caravan + electricity. I will definitely stay there again when I go to Lefkada ?

The honer is really not a nice person. It s really aggressive and rude. He do not t know what is respect at all . So, i saw him screaming to clients for nothing and also is physical aggressive !! really we should watch out! ! By the way the camping is super dirty and expensive for what he offer! Please let s really avoid this kind of place ! The people should learn respect and education

Had a wonderful 6 night stay here after 2 lousy nights in Desimi camp. Saw people leaving here and coming back after few days. This is probably the most shade and quiet camping on the island, so if you have noisy kids, stay away - everyone looking for silence will hate you ;) The staff was very helpful every time, the breakfast is cheap and tasty, and the camping has minimum of utilities for a decent price. There are places with shade all day round. There is no sea access. Toilets are clean, but bring your own toilet paper and close the net doors against insects! The olive oil is also very good and decently priced - get some!

This is a nice camping. It has its pros and cons. The restaurant is good and cheap, the lady who cooks is kind and the whole place after all is nice. There aren't toalet paper, sometimes there isn't warm water in the shower. The boss also not really flexible, I was asking for two chairs and there were plenty but they said those were for "painting", and also when we arrived with a rented motorbike the lady instructed me to go and park outside of the camping with it near the road, I was asking if I have to pay or not and she said I don't have to pay if I put the motorbike the other side of the road. It was a nice experience by the way :)

I've been coming here every summer for the last 5-6 years and every time I enjoy my stay. The camping is quiet and comfortable, suitable for full relaxation and recharging your batteries in the shade of the ancient olive trees. The personnel is kind and friendly, they take good care of the facilities, bathrooms are clean, there is plenty of hot water. No beach at the camping, but there are lots of great beaches nearby. Also good value for the money you are paying.
