Πρόκειται για μια αυτόνομη κατοικία 42 τ.μ, κτισμένη ανάμεσα σε αιωνόβια ελαιόδεντρα, σε ένα πανέμορφο αγρόκτημα τριών στρεμμάτων, το οποίο είναι στην διάθεση σας. Μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει μέχρι 5 άτομα και διαθέτει 1 ευρύχωρο υπνοδωμάτιο με 1 διπλό και 1 μονό κρεβάτι, 1 καναπέ-κρεβάτι, τραπεζαρία, πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα και ιδιωτικό μπάνιο με ντουζιέρα και ζεστό νερό από ηλιακό θερμοσίφωνα.
Όλοι οι χώροι διαθέτουν δωρεάν WiFi, κλιματισμό, και σίτες στα παράθυρα. Επίσης υπάρχει δορυφορική πλάσμα τηλεόραση, ραδιόφωνο, dvd player, εξωτερικός χώρος για να παίζουν τα παιδιά με κούνια και παιχνίδια, υπαίθριο πάρκινγκ, μπάρμπεκιου, αιώρα και καθιστικό καθώς και εξωτερικό ντους.  On the west side of Lefkada, very close to Kathisma beach, is the house for rent Anthia. It is a 42 sqm autonomous residence, built among centuries-old olive trees, on a beautiful three acre farm, which is at your disposal. It can accommodate up to 5 people and has 1 spacious bedroom with 1 double and 1 single bed, 1 sofa bed, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen and a private bathroom with a shower and hot water from a solar water heater.
All rooms have free WiFi, air conditioning, and window screens. There is also satellite plasma TV, radio, dvd player, outdoor play area for children with cribs and toys, outdoor parking, barbecue, hammock and seating area as well as an outdoor shower. A children's park is available for families with young children or infants.
Anthia is 500 meters from the organized beach of Kathisma, 1 km from the traditional village of Agios Nikitas, and 12 km from Lefkada Town.
The location is ideal for excursions to the most beautiful beaches of the island as well as for inland tours. Enjoy your stay under the shade of the vine and the absolutely tranquil and traditional environment.
