Basic but clean. Doesn't pretend to be upmarket, but a reasonable base to visit the gorge. Flat lakeside pitches. Easy access to shops

It is very nice place for camping and for caravans in ioannina. It has electiricity, internet , shower etc. As i am hitchhiker, i was only one person and price was 8 euros for entry and 2 euros for tent place + VAT, so its almost 12 euros. Lake is nice but as i am informed its not so clean so i do not recommend anyone to enter. It is in walking distance to city centre. Grigoris , who was managing at the evening shift, is so nice , helpful and problem solver. Great guy. There is also cafe/rest next to site which you can enjoy at the evening. Enjoy.

Small familly camping place by beautiful lake. Fascilities were clean. Although we came at night the owner made quick introduction of the place, showed us were toiletts, kitchen, bathroom etc. are. Nice people, recomend the place.

You can camp under huge trees, bathrooms with hot water, a huge Lake but not for swimming only canoeing and a washing machine for free but outsiders seems to use it too. A very nice restuarant and bar about 500 m away. It is very peaceful and quiet at night although very full as from 18:00.

When we arrived the entrance was like an entrance back in time run down and desolate, time of year maybe?) We pulled up along side a beautiful lake with unfortunately no swimming allowed, the reception was empty no one was in ( desolate) bathrooms acceptable ( cleaned) an iced over freezer and unclean fridge ( spoiled good inside). There was a washing machine was available ( free) but the quality was not good had to re rinse and re spin clothes that took 3 days to dry. We went out no one was in we returned to see a lady whom presented with an annoyance towards us asking who we were, how long we stay, if we had a negative lateral flow test, then asked for our covid vaccination certificate ( understandably) these were presented ( rightly so) then came a nasty attitude "Oh well I didn't know you were coming back, I didn't show you around, you just left", I was in my office upstairs ( no she was .ot we checked) this attitude put me off ( maybe a bad life? ) we stayed as it was late in the evening. The angry lady said "I am back in the morning by 09.00 and 10.00 we waited she appeared and we paid €50.00 EURO WHAT!! that was not what we were expecting maybe €30.00 (low season) I would not recommend this place due to the angry lady sorry, the lady cleaning the bathrooms was lovely. I forgot to mention the grand kitchen with a clean and PAT tested equipment it would be useful. Sorry two stars would be -1 but the view was lovely.

Pretty views! It’s close to the city center and didn’t had any mosquitos. Check in was a bit weird as the price was constantly different and also asked before calculation was my nationality was. Paid less cause my car needed to be parked outside. She give me first a more expensive price then a big van, even though we had a really small rent. Maybe it was just miscommunication and still really recommend this place.

We arrived at 10pm the gate was open, no one was there; no information or anything. We just parked for the night not using services (Wi-Fi, hot water, electricity …). At 9.00 am a woman asked us to pay the summer fare (27€) pretending we used the facilities… we tried to offer her something like 10€ and she kicked us out (we were out in 2 minutes). Good to know the wc is available, but can be the most expensive wc of the entire world ? nice place; just crazy people.

Ok camping at the local rowing club. Facilities are a bit old but clean and working. Parking right at the lake. Great to leave your van at a safe place and explore the cute town of Ioannina
