Δεν το έκαναν, είναι ακόμα στην εξώπορτα και περιμένει. Βασικά, η πωλήτρια με διαβεβαίωσε ότι οπωσδήποτε θα το αναλάμβαναν αυτό οι μεταφορείς. Όταν, όμως, εκείνοι ήρθαν και μου έφεραν το νέο στρώμα, μου είπαν ότι δεν τους είχαν πληρώσει για κάτι τέτοιο. Πήρα τηλέφωνο την εταιρία η οποία επιβεβαίωσε ότι δεν είχε πληρώσει τους μεταφορείς για να κουβαλήσουν το στρώμα μου, και ότι θα το έκαναν αν εκείνοι ήθελαν. Συγνώμη, αλλά αν μου λες ότι οπωσδήποτε θα μου κουβαλήσουν το παλιό στρώμα, τους πληρώνεις να το κάνουν, δεν βασίζεσαι στην καλή καρδιά του μεροκαματιάρη κουβαλητή, ολόκληρη εταιρία! Αυτό μου έκανε πολύ κακή εντύπωση, αν και το στρώμα είναι εντάξει κι όλα τα άλλα, τέλος πάντων, ήταν μια χαρά. This made a very bad impression on me, although the mattress is ok and everything else was fine anyway.
