β β β β β The gentleman at the counter has been impolite on multiple occasions. Even though the products are good, the service is at least sub-par. I would advise customers to seek for other Coco-mat branches.

β β β β β I love COCO-MAT mattresses! They are comfortable and all natural. We had slept on one during our stay on Milos and fell deeply in love. We stopped in the store to take a peak around(for our next mattress) and had the most wonderful experience with a sales person. The store is connected to the hotel which I think we need to stay at during our next visit to Athens!

β β β β β The service was awful and really unprofessional. The breakfast was also a great disappointment. The room we booked was extremely claustrophobic as it was overlooking a wall that you could touch and there was no light coming in the room. The only thing we liked was the design however it's not worth the price you pay.

β β β β β I had never heard of the Coco-Mat brand when I began researching nine months ago for a trip to Athens. But I kept running into the name when looking at hotel listings. It turned out they are a bed manufacturer and many other hotels use their beds, which retail starting at $4,000 usd.
The 39-room hotel is located within a Coco-Mat bad store. The reception area for the hotel is located one floor below ground level. Some people get confused: Look for the bed store that doubles as a hotel.
The hotel is located in the upscale Kolonaki area, home of many embassies. It's an easy walk from the Evangelimos (blue line) Metro station, although it's slightly uphill.
Although check-in time is at 2 p.m., they had a room available for me when I arrived shortly before noon.
The room contained a Coco-Mat bed, one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in. There was also a pillow menu β who has ever heard of that! β but the ones supplied on the bed were plenty comfortable for me.
The shower was big enough for more than a dozen people. It featured a large rainfall shower head and a hand-held wand that contained back-scratching bristles.
The room was quiet and I never heard anyone in the rooms around me or above me. Very peaceful. It included a room key slot, which turns off the electricity and air conditioning when you leave the room.
The reception area also includes a dining area for the free morning breakfast. Fresh-baked breads, deli meats and cheese, yogurt and cereals were available. They would also cook scrambled eggs and omelettes upon request. And there was a Nespresso machine for coffee drinks.
The staff was friendly and welcoming. Most staff members spoke English.

β β β β β What an amazing hotel this is. An absolute must when you visit Athens. Super, I mean, super friendly staff, spacious and comfortable rooms with some nice extra touches, for example, a glorious r to ceiling glassed shower, a welcome bag with multiple drinks. A rooftop terrace with a view to die for and really nice and tasty breakfast. All this located strategically well but very quiet.
