Nice renovated rooms for affordable prices. The place where it is located is not the most beautiful but it is good for a short stay.

I stayed on the small "apartment" which is no more than a hotel room. The room was nice and clean, the only thing was that the a/c was quite noisy.

I will go again ! Nice room very clean ,free parking.

Great price and quality for area is amazing, about 20 mins walking to the centre but not a difficult walk. Nearby small shops for everyday requirements. Only issue for us was a smell of paint every time we entered which was a bit annoying . Street noise could be a little irritating for a light sleeper - but really very comfortable and acceptable accommodation

Nice place. Friendly hostes Kalia to greet us upon our arrival. It is a small studio appartment building converted into this hotel. There was parking for us as promised. Good location. Herakleio is a very nice city.

Very nice studios, big enough to accommodate a couple or even three people. Studios are recently renovated. The staff and the service is awesome and very helpful. Location is a bit far from the city center but there are plenty of parking. Overall it's a perfect choice for a short-long visit in the city of Heraklion.

Nice room with everything you need. Clean, hot/cold water and air-conditioning (must have) really nice decorated. You have a parking in front of it and it's a self checking room.

Booked a room a month in advance and sent an email inquiring about an early check in or luggage drop off so we could do some site seeing. Never received a response. Here we are in Greece, and I sent an email prior to our arrival to check again on my inquiry. No response. On the day of arrival, arrived at the port and stopped in to see about luggage storage again but no one was there and the door was locked. Tried calling 2 of the 3 numbers listed to no avail. We ended up not staying there based on the terrible customer service. I have stupidly sent a final email to let them know about our experience and still have not received a single response. Extremely disappointed and perhaps too good to be true for the price and photos. Still waiting for compensation. RESPONSE : Yes, you are very quick at responding to a Google review, but I still have three unanswered emails. Feel free to check your inbox or spam folder. We did go to the wrong location initially (early in the morning), but I saw my mistake at the bottom of the email confirmation and went to the correct address. No one was there, perhaps because no one was expecting us early. We even had our driver call the number on the door to speak in Greek. We went to the central one again later closer to 3pm where we got clarification of the location. If you cannot see your errors, you will have to accept that we just had a poor experience and I will have to accept that I will not be compensated for the inconveniences your place has caused.
