G	Gyoy Gyoy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Provides poor quality services. The pictures on the site do not correspond to reality, and the fact that other customers are satisfied, personally makes me think: "Was only our room a source of infection?" I do not know what to believe..
R	Raffaella Scuotto on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The room was nice and clean.. It suits if you have to move from/to the airport for a night or two, there is free parking available. Breakfast was great. Coffee and juice machines, lots of Greek food, English breakfast and croissant or cakes. The view from there is very nice. A wort to a visit.
D	Dina JABARI on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would say at first that for me it's not a 4 stars hotel but rather 1 star because it does not offer any activity, no swimming pool, no gyms, no massage center, nor other. Secondly, the hotel is not modern, unlike the photos. It looks damaged, there are a lot of cracks in the rooms and the rooms are quite small. The mini fridge hasard to be changed given the pitiful state of the latter. For my part the small balcony was not furnished. Furthermore, numerous power cuts in the hotel itself continued to affect my comfort. As for the food, the breakfast is rather complete in terms of buffet, but the dinner not included in the price of the hotel ending up was really not good ; which by the way a nice waitress offered it to me so that I didn't had to pay. A nice gesture that once again shows their attention. But hey I am extremely disappointed with my trip, for me it would be a one star hotel and not four. I still want to underline the kindness and the service of the staff who try to compensate for the inconveniences to make the stay pleasant at best! And the small but clean and renovated shower room.

The rooms are a little dark and drab but the definitely made up for it with the Most Comfortable Beds I've ever slept in while traveling the Mediterranean!! Amazing nights sleep, which is a triumphant feat. The complimentary breakfast is wonderful with many options. The breakfast room is on the 5th floor and the view of the ocean still takes my breath away. A perfect location for exploring the beautiful and unique city of Herakleion.

My mum was in hospital nearby and every time I had to change they sorted it out. All the staff asked after her and couldn’t do enough to help. Thank you so much I will never forget your kindness.

Location was perfect for exploring landmarks, shopping and restaurants, all in walking distance. Had a spectacular view from their rooftop restaurant, breakfast, drinks, lunch and dinner available.
s	sally walter on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sea view is not worth it as it means the room is above a busy, noisy road. Hotel is right on a roundabout. Plus side is a short walk to the Venetian Port and town. I only stayed as I had surgery at Crete Interclinic early the next morning, which meant I couldn't eat or drink. Staff at reception very helpful but no disabled access, just steps
