Local seasonal products are so yummy. Smoked egglant mousse, fava crepe, beef carpaccio, chickpea panisse, grilled calamari so tender. Our group booked a table for the other night too! Make sure you will make a reservation. Very good wine list ....the hostess/ waitress she introduced us into an unforgetable experience, she made great suggestions into food and wine pairing.Food is about people... Thank you chef, thank you team...

Almost all the ingredients come from the island and are organic and harvested in full respect of nature. The food is amazing. Recepieces are from the island culinary tradition but presented in a modern way. The service is very relaxed (consider at least 2 hours). I recommend this place to all who love good food and don’t need all the snobbery that goes sometimes with it :) I just wish there were more places like this one. I would consider coming back to Sifnos just for this restaurant!!

Fresh and local ingredients, unpretentious preparation and a relaxed intimate seaside setting on the cliff that makes you wonder if Poseidon himself is in the kitchen preparing this delicious food from the sea. Make reservations in advance for after sunset. There are many steps involved along the journey but for those that take the foodie road less traveled-- arriving at your table at Cantina makes all the difference.

What really matters though is that the food is absolutely delicious. Service was pretty average if that’s important to you.

It is located beautifully in one of the little bays of Kastro so you can spend a wonderful evening here overlooking the water and Kastro itself and our dinner here was one of our most memorable nights in Sifnos! Make sure to call days in advance. Especially during high season it books out quickly.

The location is absolutely amazing with a stunning view. Every dish we had was exceptional and of the highest quality. I cannot highlight enough how good this place is.
