★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Classic Greek restaurant offering outdoor seating in the summer, and limited indoor service in the off-season months. Basic menu of pre-cooked stews, and grilled to order meat-plates. Great ambience in the winter, but open only on weekends.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A hidden gem short walk from Apollonia. Traditional taverna with a beatiful garden. The family who runs it it's a very talkative client service oriented.
I had an extraordinary portion of lamb chops, tender and succulent. Not at all greasy and just very small parts where it wad necessary to chew with a little force...and guess what?!... when you chew more you feel the taste better! From my point of view lamb chops can't be eaten with fork and knife. For a delightful experience it's recommended to use your hand directly.
The prices are similar if not better compared to other places but the price quality ratio it's rewarding (25 E a kilo of lamb chops, 8-9 E portion of grilled or oven cooked meet, 3-5 E starters, 9 E kilo of house wine). I admit that I'm just a ordinary restaurant customer, not a 'connaisseur'.
PS. I ordered lamb chops after reading few reviews on Google about the very good taste.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Charming taverna on a hilltop with lovely view to the ocean on one side and Apollonia village on the other, we had traditional dishes like potato garlic dip, pork oven roast and lamb stew. The meat was tender and balance in seasoning was just right. It should be a keeper!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cute vineyard terrace restaurant near the city. Best food we’ve had in Sifnos. Authentic Greek taste. We had lamb, chicken souvlaki, tzaziki, onion dip and cheese pastries. Everything was amazing! Really good service too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We’ve been to this restaurant twice while holidaying in Sifnos. Beautiful traditional food: we have had the tzatziki, eggplant dip, oven cooked lamb, and grilled meatballs which were all delicious. In particular we had oven cooked eggplant with onion that was divine! So tasty! The setting is really pleasant with a lovely outlook and a courtyard covered in a vine covered trellis. The staff and really friendly and helpful and there’s a lovely family atmosphere.
