★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A terrible experience. DO NOT VISIT!!!The deluxe room that we had booked was below basic standards!It was the dirtiest room I have ever visited in my life. You can see it in the photos because I always like having proof for what I say. Just look at the mould on the wall and the toilet brush!!!!! There were mosquitoes and ants everywhere. You can also this in the photos I have posted.On top of that, service was unprofessional. The hotel is managed by two sisters who are really rude and without manners. Just have a look at the unprofessional and rude answers they have given to older customers they had in the past because they did not like their comments!I hope they take my comments into consideration in order to change their unprofessional style of management as well as the grade of cleanliness in the rooms which is very important for all travellers. My intention behind my criticism is to make them become better in their job.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely location and beautiful view. The staff is always very happy to help and make their guests feel like family. The pool is huge and the rooms are nice & clean. Big thanks to Christos & Christina and their family for the wonderful time I had there ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service ever and a disgrace to the greek tourism. They wanted to charge us 100 euros for a broken toilet flush that owner admitted is more than 10 years old. Room so small that you cannot open the doors to the balcony. Prices outrageous for this quality and service. We were visiting friends so we had small choice of places we could stay but still regret it.
