Όταν πήρα τηλέφωνο να ζητήσω κάποιες διευκρινίσεις σχετικά με την ενοικίαση, εντυπωσιάστηκα με την ευγένεια της υπαλλήλου. Όσες φορές κι αν κάλεσα (γιατί είχα βλακεία στην εγγραφη χρήστη στην εφαρμογη) με όποιον υπάλληλο μιλησα ηταν όλοι ευγενέστατοι και εξυπηρετικότατοι. Όσο για το αυτοκίνητο ήρθε αυτό που παραγγείλαμε και όχι κάτι παρόμοιο όπως κάνουν οι περισσότερες εταιρείες ενοικισεων. Το αυτοκίνητο ηρθε πεντακαθαρο και ο νεαρος που το παρέδωσε, εξισου ευγενεστατος. Δεν υπαρχουν κρυφές χρεωσεις. Και δεν χρειαζεται εγγυηση. Πολυ σημαντικο!. Μολι αποκτησατε εναν πιστο πελάτη. Κριμα που δεν σας ηξερα νωριτερα. I discovered the company by accident through a google search. When I got on the phone to ask for some clarification about the rental, I was impressed by the courtesy of the clerk. No matter how many times I called (because I was stupid in registering a user in the application) with whichever employee I spoke to, they were all very kind and helpful. As for the car, what we ordered came and not something similar to what most rental companies do. The car came very clean and the young man who handed it over was just as polite. There are no hidden charges. And you do not need a guarantee. Very important!. You just got a loyal customer. Too bad I did not know you before.
K	Koukios Christos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Έχω νοικιάσει αρκετές φορές όχημα από την συγκεκριμένη εταιρεία και την εχω συστήσει σε αρκετούς. Λάθος μου. Την τελευταία φορά ενώ έκλεισα ένα Suzuki Jimny το οποίο είναι όχημα εκτός δρόμου, όταν πήγα να παραλάβω το όχημα, μου έδωσαν ένα Kia stronic το οποίο είναι crossover δηλαδή ένα κανονικό ΙΧ το οποίο δεν έχει ούτε κάποια πλαστικά προστασίας στις πόρτες και στους προφηλακτηρες. Εννοείται ότι δεν υπήρξε κάποια ενημέρωση οτι θα παραλάβω άλλο όχημα.Η δικαιολογία είναι ότι το όχημα είναι παρόμοιο αλλά μόνο παρόμοιο δεν είναι. Είναι πενταπορτο και δεν είναι όχημα έκτος δρόμου-τζιπ. Το θέμα είναι ότι εκεί που έχω κλείσει διακοπές δεν μπορείς να πας χωρίς όχημα εκτός δρόμου και για αυτό τον λόγο το νοίκιασα, διαφορετικά πήγαινα με το δικό μου όχημα... Όπως καταλαβαίνετε μου χάλασαν τις διακοπές. Όταν κάλεσα λοιπόν να αναφέρω ότι δεν μου κάνει και δεν το χρειάζομαι μου ειπαν ότι μπορεί να ακυρωθεί αλλά χωρίς να πάρω τα χρήματά μου πίσω... ??? Ακόμα περιμένω να βρουν κάποια λύση... Προσοχή μην χάσετε χρόνο και χρήμα χωρίς λόγο.. I have rented a vehicle from this company several times and I have recommended it to several. My mistake. The last time I closed a Suzuki Jimny which is an off-road vehicle, when I went to pick up the vehicle, they gave me a Kia stronic which is a crossover that is a normal car which does not even have any plastic protection on the doors and bumpers. Of course, there was no information that I would pick up another vehicle. The excuse is that the vehicle is similar but only it is not similar. It is a five-door and is not an off-road jeep. The point is that where I have booked a vacation you can not go without an off-road vehicle and for this reason I rented it, otherwise I would go with my own vehicle ... As you understand, my vacation was ruined. So when I called to mention that it does not work for me and I do not need it, they told me that it can be canceled but without getting my money back ... ??? I am still waiting for them to find a solution ... Be careful not to waste time and money for no reason ..
