★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Για μια ακομη φορα (δευτερη) ειναι ότι καλύτερο υπάρχει με διάφορα για ενοικίαση από το αεροδρόμιο των Ιωαννίνων. . Εξυπηρέτηση παρα πολύ Καλή. Καινούργιος στόλος αυτοκινήτων. Ολοκάθαρα. Μπράβο σας !
For one more time (second) it is better to have several for rent from Ioannina Airport. . Very good service. New car fleet. All clear. Well done !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πρωτοχρονιά, μέσω VIPCARS έχω κάνει κράτηση στις 8:00 το πρωί. φτάνω στο γραφείο και δεν υπάρχει ψυχή. Περιμένω πάνω από μισή ώρα και καλώ στο τηλέφωνο που μου έδωσε η VIPCARS. Δεν απαντάει κανείς. Ξανά και ξανά. Βρίσκω ένα κινητό κρυμμένο στο mail το σηκώνει ένας τύπος όλο ύφος (ξεκάθαρα από ύπνο) και μου λέει είσαι σοβαρός πρωτοχρονιάτικα θες να έρθω 08:00 η ώρα?? Μετά τις 09:00 θα έρθω. Τον ρωτάω ξανά γιατί δέχθηκαν την κράτηση αν δεν μπορούν να με εξυπηρετήσουν και συνέχισε με το ίδιο ύφος να μου λέει πρωτοχρονιάτικα κλπ. Περίμενα μέχρι 8:55 και δεν ήρθε κανείς. Στην VIPCARS τόλμησαν και είπαν ΨΕΜΜΑΤΑ ότι όταν τους κάλεσα παρέδιδαν κάποιο άλλο αυτοκίνητο και όταν γύρισαν δεν ήμουν εκεί!
Δεν υπήρχε περίπτωση σε αυτόν τον άνθρωπο να δώσω ούτε cent.
Άργησα στην δουλειά μου και πλήρωσα 80€ ταξί. ΠΟΤΕ ΞΑΝΑ AVIS!
New Year, through VIPCARS I have made a reservation at 8:00 in the morning. I arrive at the office and there is no soul. I wait for over half an hour and call the phone given to me by VIPCARS. No one answers. Again and again. I find a cell phone hidden in the mail, a guy picks it up all style (clearly from sleep) and tells me you are serious on New Year's Eve do you want me to come at 08:00 ?? I will come after 09:00. I ask him again why they accepted the reservation if they can not serve me and he continued to tell me in the same style on New Year's Eve etc. I waited until 8:55 and no one came. At VIPCARS they dared and told LIES that when I called them they handed over another car and when they came back I was not there!
There was no way I could give this man a single cent.
I was late for work and paid € 80 for a taxi. NEVER AVIS AGAIN!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In the end you should trust the reviews on internet... Especially the negative ones! Just stay away, honestly! Awful service and impolite staff. The first guy that came to give us the car was at least 30' late and when I highlighted saying that at least we could be flexible on the time we would return the car he got upset and just rolled his eyes and started answering sarcastically every question. When returning the car there was another colleague, same style as the first one. Long story short, we ended up paying extra for something we didn't do. It's always better to pay more and at least be sure you're gonna have an excellent service than trying to save and ending up paying more!!! STAY AWAY!
