About Caravel
2013 Ανοίγουν το πέμπτο κι έκτο κατάστημα στις περιοχές Αγία Σοφία και Ακρωτηρίου, στις εισόδους της πόλης. Την ίδια χρονιά δημιουργείται e-shop με προϊόντα αποκλειστικά ζαχαροπλαστείου, καινοτομία για την εποχή, ένα από τα πρώτα στην Ελλάδα και το μοναδικό στην πόλη.
2016 Η αλυσίδα επεκτείνεται εκτός των ορίων της πόλης με το άνοιγμα δύο νέων καταστημάτων, ένα στην οδό Ερμού, στο κέντρο της Αθήνας κι ένα στην Κηφισιά.
2017 Ο κύκλος εργασιών διευρύνεται με το πέρασμα στην τυποποίηση προϊόντων. Τα τυποποιημένα προϊόντα «ΠΛΑΘΩ CARAVEL» διατίθενται σε όλη την Ελλάδα.
2019 Δυναμικό rebranding της εταιρίας σε φιλοσοφία και προϊόντα με ένταξη σ’ αυτά ειδών αρτοποιίας, σνακ, καφέ, brunch (vegan, bio, sugar free, hot ice cream). Παράλληλα στήνεται ένα σύγχρονο εργαστήριο αρτοποιίας στο βιοτεχνικό πάρκο της Πάτρας, με ταυτόχρονη ανακαίνιση των καταστημάτων της πλατείας Γεωργίου, των Υψηλών Αλωνίων και του Ρίου για τις ανάγκες της ένταξης των νέων προϊόντων.

We even tried out the flavours and the trial serving was hugee!
Will come back again if we get the chance!
