Maestra Gelatiere Evi Papadopoulou and entrepreneur Fotis Alifragis are “the Greeks” behind “Le Greche”.

The dream of producing a high end GREEK gelato was formed during Evi’s studies at the renowned Brescia Pastry School Castalimenti. There, she had the chance to meet the greatest Italian pastry chef of all times, Iginio Massari and, of course, her partner in crime, maestro gelatiere Francesco Palmieri.

The bes pistachios ice cream of my life. We tried some other flavours as well. The salted caramel is a great flavor to try.

Amazing! Real gelato! The colours of ice cream are as they should be - all natural???‍♀️as well as taste? Mouthwatering vegan options of fior di mandorla, chocolate, and many sorbets!

- 4.5 I think it would take 5/5 if they have setting area -It’s a gelatos bar, with no setting area. - Hazelnut and Pistachio are a must! Very delicious to be honest, the hazelnut almost have an aftertaste of Nutella. 2 scope costed less than 5 euros. I would recommend going there and try out these two flavors.

Their ice-cream is unbeatable and has me coming back here every time I visit Athens. The flavors are pure and unique, staff are polite, overall a happy customer, highly recommend.

When I tell you this is the BEST gelato I’ve had in my life… I’m not kidding. I got the pistachio gelato, which was pleasantly actually pistachio-colored (like a light burnt green, almost tan) and not the fake green kind of color, so I knew it was gonna be good. Since trying this place, we tried multiple other gelato places throughout Greece (we hit up Crete, Santorini, and Naxos on this trip), and none have compared. Their affogato was amazing too, according to my partner. It’s been weeks and we still can’t stop talking about how amazing the pistachio gelato was.

This is the classic artisan Italian Gelato with a Greek twist. Its smooth elegant and amazingly delicious. The Baklava exploded in my mouth, Yes it was that crispy along with the pistachios. The fig and mascarpone finished the entire combination with a bang, the fig was meaty and the mascarpone was elegant and light 5/5 one of the best not only in Athens but the entire Greece.

Good ? , it would be nicer if the ? can be more visual. They are all covered up with some tin lids. Took me a while to realise the flavours are written on the wall. Was quite helpless not knowing which to try. I randomly went for the fig one but I wish I chose something else .
