★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πηγα να γεμισω τα μελανια του εκτυπωτη μου..επιστρεφω τα βαζω στον εκτυπωτη και το μαυρο χρωμα δεν εκτυπωνε τιποτα. Μετα απο τηλεφωνικη επικοινωνια επιστρεφω το μελανι προκειμενου να σπασουν τυχον κομπους..με εξυπηρετησε διαφορετικο ατομο, οπου μετα απο κατι πληροφοριες σχετικα με το σφουγγαρι του μελανιου κλπ με ρωτησε για ποσες εκτυπωσεις κρατησε το μελανι και αφου τον ενημερωσα οτι δεν το χρησιμοποιησα καθολου εντυπωσιασμενος μου ειπε οτι χωρεσε σχεδον ενα ολοκληρο γεμισμα..που σημαινει οτι την πρωτη φορα δεν γεμισε ποτε το μελανι.Μετα απο αυτα επιστρεφω και η εκτυπωση ειναι αδιανοητα κακη. Δεν εκτυπωνει τιποτα καθαρα.
Και παλι με ενημερωσαν οτι αν δεν ειμαι ευχαριστημενη μπορω να το επιστρεψω και να μου δωσουν πισω τα χρηματα. Φυσικα δεν θα ασχοληθω περισσοτερο..η βενζινη μου θα εχει μεγαλυτερο κοστος απο το να αγορασω νεο μελανι. Πραγματικα πολυ απογοητευτικη εμπειρια.
I went to refill my printer inks ... I put them back in the printer and the black color did not print anything. After telephone communication I return the ink in order to break any knots..there was a different person who served me, where after some information about the ink sponge etc he asked me for how many prints he kept the ink and after I informed him that I did not use it at all he said that it could hold almost a full refill..which means that the first time the ink never refilled.After that I come back and the printing is unimaginably bad. It does not print anything clean.
Again they informed me that if I am not happy I can return it and they will give me back the money. Of course I will not bother anymore..my gasoline will cost more than buying new ink. Really very frustrating experience.
