Επίσης, τίμια και σωστή αντιμετώπιση στο θέμα των τιμών, με προοπτική στην εξυπηρέτηση των αναγκών του πελάτη, χωρίς ψιλά γράμματα και πράγματα που δεν λέγονται. Πλέον ξέρω ότι η ιστοσελίδα μου θα είναι μόνιμα online, χωρίς διακοπές και δυσλειτουργίες, ενώ πραγματικά έχουν επενδύσει σε μια υποδομή όπου δεν υπάρχει αντίστοιχη στην Ελλάδα. Αυτό που τους κάνει να ξεχωρίζουν βέβαια για μένα είναι η express υποστήριξη που παρέχουν.
SigmaWeb has proven to be a valuable partner. Now I know that my website will be permanently online, without interruptions and malfunctions, while they have really invested in an infrastructure where there is no corresponding one in Greece. What makes them stand out for me, of course, is the express support they provide.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Μετά από χρόνια συνεργασία με την SigmaWeb μπορώ να διαβεβαιώσω ότι πρόκειται για την καλύτερη στο είδος της εταιρεία στην Ελλάδα. Συνεργάστηκα με άλλη εταιρεία η οποία είναι "πασίγνωστη" στο χώρο και δεν μου απαντούσαν ποτέ στα tickets, ενώ το τηλεφωνικό κέντρο είχε ώρες αναμονή.
Με την SigmaWeb κατάλαβα τι σημαίνει πραγματική υποστήριξη (ακόμα και σε θέματα που δεν σχετίζονται άμεσα με το hosting, αλλά με προβλήματα στην ιστοσελίδα μου). Συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα.
After years of cooperation with SigmaWeb I can assure you that it is the best company of its kind in Greece. I worked with another company that is "well-known" in the field and they never answered my tickets, while the call center had hours of waiting.
With SigmaWeb I figured out what real support means (even on issues that aren't directly related to hosting, but with problems on my website). I highly recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Συνεργαζόμουν με μεγάλη εταιρεία φιλοξενίας και ανά τακτά χρονικά διαστήματα η ιστοσελίδα μου "έπεφτε" ενώ σερνόταν συνεχώς. Όταν ζητούσα βοήθεια δεν λαμβανα καμία απάντηση ούτε αιτιολογία της πτώσης.
Με την SigmaWeb συνεργαζόμαστε 3 χρόνια τώρα και η ιστοσελίδα δεν έχει πέσει ποτέ, ενώ με βοηθούν ακόμα και για δυσλειτουργίες της ιστοσελίδας μου που δεν είναι δουλειά τους.

I worked with a large hosting company and at regular intervals my website "fell" while it was constantly crawling. When I asked for help, I received no answer or reason for the fall.
