β β β β β From the very first moment I run into Casa Bianca's website, searching for an accommodation for my upcoming holidays in Crete, I wanted to stay here. Unfortunately, at that moment, there was no availability but, after a few lucky coincidences, I was finally able to make a reservation for 3 nights.
What to say ? ... my gut feeling was right ?
This 20 rooms boutique hotel deserves a 5 stars rating, for design (see the photos, please), location (the small village of Koutouloufari is lovely and quiet and, moreover, 5 minutes walking from the beach !), staff (a big thanks to Dimitris and Smaro, the owners) and cleanliness.
We stayed in a Junior Suite, on the first floor, with sea view and our stay was excellent.
For the rest, the property has no private parking but parking lots can be easily found on the street.
As I am a perfectionist, I'd say that another mirror and a bigger bathroom would be very much appreciated but, also like that, there is nothing to complain about.
Highly recommended.

β β β β β I went there with my girlfriend this summer, and it was PERFECT. The hotel lies in this small and cosy town with a lot of nice restaurants on a hill overseeing the ocean and away from the normal tourist hustle. A perfect place for a quite and romantic getaway, where you can enjoy each others company.
The hotel itself is very modern, new and beautiful and the staff are the nicest persons offering the best service I've ever experienced. If you've ever wondered how the best service in the world is carried out, then just visit this hotel. I have never felt so well treated on any of my previous vacations.
All facilities are of course 10/10, and we could not have asked for anything more.
You will definitely fall in love with this place! :)

β β β β β We had an amazing time at Casa Bianca. Hotel is in the old town area of the city, that means more relaxed and quiet with a lot of nice restaurants around.
The employees from casa Bianca are so lovely and attentive and make a familiar and comfortable atmosphere. Vangelis is an amazing bartender, so you have to try his signature cocktails ?
We will come back for sure.

β β β β β We have just returned from a lovely week at Casa Bianca. The rooms and surrounding areas are kept spotless. The cleaning ladies keep your accommodation spotless also, sheets and towels changed daily.
The hotel have amazing staff and owners who go above and beyond to make your stay with them enjoyable , even Fred the resident kitten was lovely.
We met some wonderful people there and
had a wonderful time.
Could not recommend this accommodation enough.

β β β β β My girlfriend and I spent just a night in this wonderful place and even if was just a short period I have to mention the hospitality and the kindness of these people ,for sure the best that I found in this beautiful island. I was really impressed because Kostan and Ana were able to make us feel just for one day in a big family .

β β β β β Rooms very comfortable just lack mirrors where you need them. All the staff are very friendly and can't do enough for you, nothing is too much trouble. Breakfast is a delicious feast every day.
I cannot praise them enough and this includes all the staff. Great location
