F	Filippo Bari on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff is extremely friendly and hospitable. Rooms are in an amazing antique style setting, spacious and well equipped. There is an extra charge for the breakfast but I recommend to take it, as it is absolutely amazing. Freshly baked pies and locally sourced vegetables, yoghourt, cheese and fruits. Location is also very conveniently placed in the centre of the town.

They did everything to make our stay wonderful: believe me, they filter my orange juice every morning!!! (And much more...) Old town but not in the packed touristic main streets, parkig is nearby. Super clean, the suite was huge and as in proper grand hotel they have madw room service twice a day. Outdoor space is a calm cosy place to relax. Maria and the lady preparing breakfasts (sorry we missed the name) are simply gorgeous!

B	Bart van Drunen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This nice and modern hotel is absolutely amazing! The rooms/suites are modern, well equipped, nice big beds and a baththub. The location is super! Situated in the old town of Rethymno, very close to all the bars and restaurants, but far enough from all the noise and touristic boulevard. Last but not least; great staff! Manos did his very best to gave me and my friend the best stay and he succeeded! When we arrived there was a little snack and drink on the house and he took all his time to showed us arround. Thank you for a great visit and we will be back some day!

Anna is a great host and is blessed to have such a wonderful team behind her. Chrissy, Maria and Vicky were all so friendly and really made us feel like part of the family. The location is fabulously situated, the rooms are beautiful and extremely well kept and breakfast was perfect each morning. Really couldn’t ask for more! Reviews are always helpful when choosing accommodation and there is a reason Casa Moazzo only receive excellent ones. You will not be disappointed! Thank you Anna, Chrissy, Maria, Vicky and the rest of the team for an unforgettable stay!

What stood out for us was the service and welcome from start to end. Both Manus and the girl who checked us in made us feel at home. Tip : don’t drive to the hotel during restricted hours - you’ll get a €100 fine like us ! The hotel should have made it clear. Overall a great experience.

It’s not meant to be a 5 star hotel, but what you get is 5 star service, 5 star feelings, and an all round comfortable, centrally located in Old Town, warm experience. Great breakfast (plenty of options) included. Nicest staff. We stayed in a well priced junior suite and it was huge! Super value for money
