Εκτός από την ταχύτατη παραλαβή είχα τηλεφωνική ενημέρωση από νωρίς για να βρίσκομαι στον χώρο και επίσης λίγο πριν φτάσουν για την παράδοση. Αγόρασα τα WRANGLER GLOBE VEGAN και είναι πολύ όμορφα και άνετα. Αξίζουν και με το παραπάνω τα χρήματα τους. Σίγουρα θα αγοράσω ξανά από το συγκεκριμένο κατάστημα. I bought the WRANGLER GLOBE VEGAN and they are very beautiful and comfortable. They are worth their money even more. I will definitely buy again from this store.

C	Chris Mar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Θα είμαι ειλικρινής χωρίς υπερβολές, από το συγκεκριμένο κατάστημα έχω ψωνίσει προ Covid-19 και ήμουν ικανοποιημένος ( τοτε θα έβαζα 5 αστέρια ) από την συμπεριφορά και τον επαγγελματισμό του νεαρού που με είχε εξυπηρετήσει πριν από 1,1/2 χρόνο περίπου. Καταλαβαίνω πως η εξυπηρέτηση στο άνοιγμα των καταστημάτων λιανικής κατά τη διάρκεια της μερικής καραντίνας είναι δύσκολη τόσο για τους καταστηματάρχες όσο και για τους πελάτες. Το σύστημα τούτη την περίοδο είναι ( ήταν για αυτούς που θα διαβάσουν αυτό το σχόλιο στο μέλλον) παραγγελία μέσω διαδυκτίου και παραλαβή ( κατόπιν ραντεβού ???) από το κατάστημα. Η πληροφορία για το αυτό το νέο σύστημα καλό θα ήταν να δίνεται στους πελάτες κατά την «είσοδο» τους στο κατ/μα ( για αποφευχθούν τυχόν παρεξηγήσεις στο μέλλον). Στην περίπτωση μου δεν το γνώριζα ( καλώς ή κακώς οφείλατε να μου το ξεκαθαρίσετε εξ´αρχής). Επειδή ομως χρειαζόμουν παπούτσια, τα αγόρασα αυτοπροσώπως πράττοντας το σύστημα αγοράς τη στιγμή εκείνη. Είμαι εκνευρισμένος όμως από τη νωχελικότητα της πωλήτριας που νωθρά ,και μετά πολλές παρακλήσεις του πελάτη (εγώ) μου έδειξε κάποιες επιλογές ( ως άτομο με 49 νούμερο έχω πολύ περιορισμένες επιλογές αγορών στην Αθήνα ). Περισσότερο εκνευρισμένος σε σημείο που ήθελα να φύγω ( αλλά αγόρασα επειδή ΕΙΧΑ ανάγκη ) έγινα ,από την επιδεικτική συμπεριφορά /παράπονο/ επιθετικής ομιλίας • σε πελάτη που θα ΑΓΟΡΑΣΕΙ • μιας εύσωμης κυρίας που ήρθε από γειτονικό κατά/μα για να υπερασπιστεί την πωλήτρια/ συναδέλφου από τον εκνευρισμένο πελάτη. Ελπίζω πραγματικά η εν λόγω κυρία να μην έχει καμία σχέση με το μαγαζί επειδή με απογοήτευσε, λυπάμαι για το μαγαζί σας αν έχετε τέτοια συμπεριφορά!!!!!! Η παρακάτω απόδειξη αποδεικνύει την αγορά μου Εν ολίγης η πωλήτρια χρειάζεται καλύτερη εκπαίδευση και κίνητρο, όρεξη για να δουλέψει! Είμαι ικανοποιημένος από την αγορά αλλά το ένα αστέρι το παραθέτω για την συμπεριφορά που προανάφερα!!!! Αν θα έχω επιλογή να προμηθευτώ από άλλο κατά/μα θα το έκανα μόνο και μόνο για να αποφύγω αυτή την εξυπηρέτηση. Ελπίζω στο μέλλον να βελτιωθείτε , ευχαριστώ . I am satisfied with the purchase but I quote the one star for the behavior I mentioned above !!!! If I had the option to procure from someone else I would do it just to avoid this service. Επικοινώνησα με το κατάστημα και τους ρώτησα αν γίνεται να την αλλάξω με κάποια άλλη. Μου έκαναν άμεσα την αλλαγή και μάλιστα με δικά τους έξοδα αποστολής. Ευχαριστώ πολύ για την εξυπηρέτηση, θα σας ξαναπροτιμήσω σίγουρα. I ordered a bag electronically, which was bigger than I imagined. I contacted the store and asked them if I could change it with another one. They made the change for me immediately and even with their own shipping costs.
