Η πλατφορμα οπου γίνονται οι παραγγελιες δείχνει διαθέσιμα τα προιοντα και ενω η παραγγελια προχωραει κανονικά , δίνοντάς τα απαραιτητα στοιχεια, μετα απο μερες αποφασιζουν να καλεσουν στο τηλέφωνο για να ενημερώσουν οτι δεν υπαρχουν διαθέσιμα τα προιοντα και να ξανακανουμε απο την αρχή την παραγγελια με αλλο προιον. Εκτός αυτού , το να βρεις τους ιδιους στο τηλέφωνο το θεωρώ θαύμα. Ειλικρινά απορω με τις καλές κριτικές που δείχνει απο αρκετούς. Unacceptable. The platform where the orders are placed shows the products available and while the order is proceeding normally, giving the necessary information, after days they decide to call on the phone to inform that the products are not available and to re-order from the beginning with another product . Besides, finding myself on the phone is a miracle. I honestly wonder with the good reviews it shows from many.

Η πωλήτρια ήταν μόνη της ημέρα Σάββατο και είχε να εξυπηρετήσει τόσο τον κόσμο που έμπαινε μέσα, να κλείσει ραντεβού click inside και να έχει να ακούει και την γκρίνια των ανθρώπων που περίμεναν στην ώρα!!! Χρειάζονται τουλάχιστον 2 άτομα για να είναι σωστή η εξυπηρέτηση. Η κοπέλα που εργαζόταν προσπαθούσε να τους εξυπηρετήσει όλους και έτρεχε πάνω κάτω η καημένη!!! Unacceptable management by the company !!!! The saleswoman was alone on Saturday and had to serve both the people who came in, to make an appointment click inside and to have to listen to the whining of the people who were waiting on time !!! It takes at least 2 people to get the service right. The girl who was working was trying to serve them all and the poor woman was running up and down !!!
K	Konstantina Katsigianni on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ⚠️?️ΠΡΟΣ ΑΠΟΦΥΓΗ ΤΑΛΑΙΠΩΡΙΑΣ, ΕΠΙΛΕΞΤΕ ΚΑΠΟΙΟ ΑΛΛΟ SITE!❌ Από τις 24 Απριλίου παρέλαβα την παραγγελία μου στις 14 Μαΐου έπειτα από τεράστια αναμονή και κοροϊδία από την εταιρεία. Στην παραγγελία που έκανα χρειάστηκα εν τέλει ένα νούμερο μικρότερο. Αφού επικοινώνησα αμέσως μαζί τους για την αλλαγή, έλαβα το δέμα μου το οποίο ήταν σε άλλο χρώμα από αυτό που είχα αρχικά παραγγείλει... Αφού αναγνωρίστηκε το λάθος, μου είπαν πως θα τακτοποιήσουν το ζήτημα. Είχαν περάσει 3 εργάσιμες μέρες, χωρίς να έχω κάποια ενημέρωση για την εξέλιξη της. Επικοινώνησα με το τηλεφωνικό κέντρο και οι κοπέλες αδιαφόρησαν πλήρως, με ενημέρωσαν πως η παραγγελία μου δεν έχει φύγει ακόμα (3 εργάσιμες μετά) και δε γνωρίζουν πότε θα φύγει και αν θα την έχω παραλάβει μέχρι το τέλος της βδομάδας. Δεδομένου ότι διανύαμε ήδη την 3η εβδομάδα ταλαιπωρίας, είχαν απλώς δεσμεύσει τα χρήματα μου χωρίς να θέλουν να αποστείλουν το δέμα μου. Μια σοβαρή εταιρεία θα έδινε προτεραιότητα στην αποστολή του δέρματος μου αφού μιλάμε για δικό τους λάθος!!! Αντιθέτως εισέπραξα αυτή την τραγική εξυπηρέτηση. Μετά από πολλαπλά τηλέφωνα αποφάσισαν να στείλουν την παραγγελία μου, στο τέλος της 3ης εβδομάδας. Απαράδεκτη η όλη ομάδα, πρώτη φορά βλέπω να έχω πληρώσει το προϊόν και να μην το στέλνουν. ⚠️?️TO AVOID DISASTER, CHOOSE ANOTHER SITE!! From the 24th of April I received my order on the 14th of May after a huge wait and mockery from the company. In the order I placed I finally needed a smaller number. After I immediately contacted them for the change, I received my parcel which was in a different color from the one I had originally ordered ... After the mistake was acknowledged, I was told that they would settle the matter. 3 working days had passed, without me having any information about its development. I contacted the call center and the girls were completely indifferent, they informed me that my order has not left yet (3 working days later) and they do not know when it will leave and if I will have received it by the end of the week. Since we were already going through the 3rd week of hassle, they had just frozen my money without wanting to send my parcel. A serious company would give priority to sending my skin since we are talking about their own mistake !!! Instead I received this tragic service. After multiple calls they decided to ship my order at the end of the 3rd week. The whole team is unacceptable, for the first time I see that I have paid for the product and they do not send it.

Πήγα να αλλάξω ένα ζευγάρι που είχα πάρει 30 ευρώ κ επειδη είχαν μειώσει την τιμή στα 20 ευρώ , εάν τωρα ήθελα να το αλλάξω με ένα ζευγάρι που έκανε 30 ευρώ έπρεπε να δώσω αλλα 10 ευρώ . Απαράδεκτοι! Thieves!!! I went to change a pair that I had taken 30 euros and because they had reduced the price to 20 euros, if now I wanted to change it with a pair that made 30 euros I had to give another 10 euros. Unacceptable!
