★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very modern villas, beautifully designed inside and out, sympathetic to local landscape and Cretan architecture. Comfortable and stylish. Just off main sandy beach but private. Each villa has private pool. Two quiet bar-restaurants minutes away, 5-10 minute walk reaches 3 other larger tavernas, all serve good reasonably priced food. Beach and bay ideal for swimming, snorkelling not too exciting. Perfect for quiet get away just be prepared for long interesting drive through hills to get here.
