★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I left my smartphone for a screen repair at this place. They repaired the screen, but broke the back. They ordered a replacement, only to realize they had ordered the wrong one.
Long story short, a simple repair became a nightmare of back and forth's to the shop and took more than a month to conclude. The employees don't even seem to communicate with each other, so you need to explain everything from scratch everytime.
Definitely would not recommend, or choose them again. By far the worst customer experience..

I was waiting outside since there's a limit of 2 customers in the store because of COVID-19 safety regulations. After waiting at the door for about 5 minutes, representative θάιντα came to the door and politely asked if she could provide me any service while waiting at the door. She got me the product I need, took care of the payment and I never even entered the store! She also had no trouble assisting me in English. So, to θάιντα: Ευχαριστώ πολύ! Είστε ένα υπέροχο παράδειγμα!
