Από εκεί αγοράζω συχνά θήκες για το κινητό μου, ακουστικά, μου έχουν βάλει προστατευτικό τζάμι και το έχουν κολλήσει άψογα αμέτρητες φορές, μου έχουν κανει καθαρισμό μικροφώνου, αλλαγή μπαταρίας και δε θυμάμαι για πόσα άλλα πράγματα έχω απευθυνθεί εκεί. Επιπλέον, έχω μείνει πολύ ικανοποιημένη από την εξυπηρέτησή τους ως τυφλή πελάτισσα, αφού πολλές φορές με έχουν βοηθήσει στην επιλογή του σχεδίου τις θήκες του κινητού μου, πράγμα που σημαίνει πως μπήκε ο υπάλληλος στη διαδικασία να ψάξει και να μου περιγράψει τα σχέδια των θηκών για να διαλέξω. Ο εκπαιδευμένος και πιστοποιημένος σκύλος οδηγός που με συνοδεύει, εισέρχεται κανονικότατα μέσα στο μαγαζί από την πρώτη στιγμή, όπως θα έπρεπε, χωρίς να χρειαστεί να εξηγήσω κάτι. Προφανώς οι άνθρωποι γνωρίζουν το νόμο 3868 που επιτρέπει κάτι τέτοιο. Είμαι πελάτισσά τους από το 2017 που ήρθα στην Αθήνα και σκοπεύω να παραμείνω! I am 100% satisfied. Polite, knowledgeable people and also professional, fast and successful repairs for all my machines.I recommend TSPC for their quality and the sense of professionalism. Just look at your way of rejecting my review and criticizing my name and even calling me a lier that I never visited your shop. Of course I'm not listed in your customers list and I wouldn't like to be in it. I visited your SMALL shop in Kallithea indeed to repair my laptop charging socket and I found a man who literally didn't know what to do and called another person on the phone and asked me to leave the device and leave 45 euros without having a look at it. I will not waste my time on replying to you because it's so obvious how your services are and your way even from your own reply. Stay happy with your customer's list. And I will stay happy with my review to your SMALL UNPROFESSIONAL LITTLE mobile covers shop. Not recommended at all. Very rude and technician has no skills at all. Also very expensive for maintenance. The type of people who ask for a lot of money first before even checking you device. Simply the person standing in the shop knows nothing about computers. This is indeed the worst tech. Shop in Kallithea. I fixed my laptop in another shop for half the price and in 1 hour and in Kallithea.
