Olga was especially hospitable and kind. She recommended an amazing restaurant and called ahead of time and reserved. The rooms are clean and modern, and you can get a good night of sleep.

Stefanos and Olga are the best people you can meet in the whole city which made our stay feel like home!! Is was very clean and spacious, so close to the old City of Chania that was very convenient for us. Excellent place for couples. Highly recommend for couples and families!

We stayed for a week and fell in love with the city. More so, a special thanks to the staff, especially Olga who went out of her way to help us with literally everything we needed. She checked up on us before we arrived and even prepared a list of restaurants and beaches to visit. Prepare yourself to be taken care of, I for one will definitely come back.

It is excellent for a group of travellers as it feels like a very safe hotel. The location is great. It's around a 12 min walk from the beach and a 5min walk from the centre where all the restaurants are. Would definitely recommend!
A	Alexandre THAY on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great stay in September 2021 of about 10 days. - Excellent location : 3 to 4 minutes walk to the Old Town, all commodities just next to the hotel (supermarket, pharmacy, bakery, car rentals etc.). Just try to get a room not facing the street if you want it totally quiet - Very clean room, mini-fridge, good bathroom, good space in the room - One the strenghth of this hotel for travellers without cars is that the Bus Station (which will bring you almost everywhere around the island) is just located in the street behind, 1 min walk - Last but not least : Olga of the front office was absolutely the one point that made us enjoy our stay. She welcomed us very well, tried to talk to the cab driver that wouldn't accept credit card payment. On the first night, she helped us finding all the restaurants we needed for our vacations (traditional, fish, meat, wine, etc etc). Every time we were going back to the hotel, it was a pleasure to talk to her. Thank you !

The communication was professional and welcoming at the same time. The hotel is easily accessible and everything is within walking distance which was very important for our meetings in the city center. The room was impeccable and cleaned daily. This hotel is highly recommended!
