★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited with a friend who had an item of clothing she wished to exchange. On the day of purchase, she had a family emergency which involved returning to the UK for an unspecified length of time so she phoned the store, explained they had given her the wrong size and arranged to return the item after returning from UK. When she arrived at the store to exchange the item, she was told that it was not possible. This was despite waiting in the store for 20 minutes whilst a staff member phoned headquarters to explain the problem. Promises made to customers should be kept and I would not recommend shopping in this shop as the customer service was appalling.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cute cloths and helpful staff. I bought a long sleeve button down and two shirts that say “salty soul” ( one for me and one for my friend). The fabric felt really nice . I also like that it’s a Greek brand.
