★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In the port area along the beautiful blue water sea coast. Seems to be a bit of an arts spot, with the contemporary art museum and many exhibitions doted around, but the area needs a bit of a face-lift. It's a shame, most buildings have been defaced with graffiti and sprays. And the buildings do need some maintenance and renovation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place to have a walk when the weather is sunny. You can find there many places of culture like cinema museum or contemporary art museum. Sit on a bench, have a picture with harbour crane or eat in the restaurant. From that point you can start your journey along the waterfront boulevard.
