The gallery is quite small, but they had a very interesting exhibition of contemporary European video art...

Visual arts that did not capture my imagination.

Interesting exhibition and friendly staff. Recommend the whole place for an art break from the highly intense and crowded streets of Thessaloniki.

Not enough to look at for the price. If you like me fail to find any of the pieces interesting you will have seen everything in 5 minutes. Would instead recommend the old Olympus cinema with their free movie poster exhibition a couple of minutes away and the museum of Greek cinematography on the other side of the street. I went to a minerals and precious stones exhibition made by the university. It was a very impressive exhibition but the only problem was the explanations of the exhibits were all in Greek. That seems like the main problem here unfortunately I've had the same problem in an other museum that every description was in Greek. I was lucky that it was not very crowded and the intern could go with me through all the hall and explained me the backgrounds and most of it's scientific information.

VERY contemporary. The space is relaxed and well laid out but it’s pretty hard to have a clue what some of the exhibitions are about as the descriptions on each exhibit are barely 10 words long. I’m all for interpretative art but I think this place needs a little bit more narrative and descriptions to get the most out of a visit. I also visited the photography centre across the street which is also very contemporary but much more engageable and only €2 entry (vs €4 here).

Small but well organised and presented space, with an intelligently curated group show ‘All That We Have In Common’ exhibiting while I was there. Good toilet signage also...

a real mix of contemporary art based around COVID 19 and its impact around the world. Moving, touching and thought provoking, MOMus space affordable entrance fee, plenty to see and well worth a visit. Also a lovely cafe next door selling wonderful Iced Lattes with friendly staff! Perfect for a beautiful day to sit by the port!!
