p	penny tr on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Όλο νεύρα φοβάσαι να τους μιλήσεις γιατί μπορεί να παρεξηγηθούν και να μη σε εξυπηρετήσουν..Ο κύριος πισω στα δέματα ολο ειρωνεία και γκρίνια για το έλειπες προσωπικό..ειναι συνήθως 2 απο τα 3 άτομα και αν κάνεις λάθος να πας στα τέλη του μήνα περιμένεις με καμια 100αρια ρομα που παίρνουν επιδόματα το λιγότερο μιάμιση ώρα.. εξυπηρετούν πολύ αργά..και τους γνωστούς τους κανονίζουν απο το τηλέφωνο και τους εξυπηρετούν χωρίς αναμονή..αν πεις κατι λενε ειναι αρρωστη εχει παιδί σπίτι κλπ κλπ.. κάνω μεγάλο σχόλιο γιατί παρόλο που παω με όλη την καλη διάθεση βλέπω ολο αυτό το κλίμα και μετανιώνω που πήγα η συμπεριφορά τους με μια πρόταση ''δεν φτάνει που σας εξυπηρετούμε έχετε και παράπονο''λες και πανε εθελοντικά.. You are all nervous to talk to them because they may be misunderstood and not serve you..The main one behind the packages is all irony and whining about the missing staff..it is usually 2 out of 3 people and if you make a mistake to go at the end of the month you wait with about 100 Roma who receive benefits for at least an hour and a half .. they serve very late..and they arrange for their acquaintances over the phone and serve them without waiting..if you say something they are sick she has a child at home etc etc .. I make a big comment why although I go with all the good mood I see all this climate and I regret that I went their behavior with a sentence "it 's not enough that we serve you, you also have a complaint" as if they go voluntarily ..

Ο λόγος ήταν ότι δεν υπήρχε γνώση επί της διαδικασίας. Κατόπιν τηλεφωνικής επικοινωνίας υπαλλήλου του συγκεκριμένου καταστήματος για λήψη πληροφοριών επί της ανωτέρω διαδικασίας το αποτέλεσμα ήταν η παραπομπή σε έτερη υπάλληλο του ίδιου καταστήματος η οποία με απρεπή συμπεριφορά δεν ήταν πρόθυμη να εξυπηρετήσει. Στο τέλος ζήτησα πίσω το λογαριασμό λόγο αρκετού χρόνου αναμονής. Καθόλου καλή εξυπηρέτηση. Ενας σημαντικός λόγος αποχώρησης και από τα ΕΛΤΑ ΕΝΕΡΓΕΙΑ. I went for a refund from a final ELTA ENERGY clearing account and the result was I couldn't get the refund. The reason was that there was no knowledge of the procedure. Following a telephone call from a store employee to obtain information on the above procedure, the result was a referral to another employee of the same store who was unwilling to serve. In the end I asked for the bill back for a long wait time. No good service. An important reason for withdrawing from ELTA ENERGY.
