E	Eleni Skoutelaki on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Update 5/04/22 Άψογη εξυπηρέτηση *** Την προηγούμενη φορά ενώ είχα πληρώσει 4,50 ευρώ έξοδα μεταφοράς' ήταν δέμα από Χαλκιδική' αναγκάστηκα να το πάρω από το κατάστημα των ΕΛΤΑ ( ευτυχώς δεν είχε κόσμο κι η υπάλληλος ήταν ευγενέστατη ) ' τελικά δεν ξέρω αν έφταιγε η εταιρία από την οποία είχα παραγγείλει... Σήμερα πάντως το δέμα μου ( από Αθήνα το οποίο είχε έξοδα μεταφοράς 5,50 ευρώ ) ήρθε κανονικά στο σπίτι και ο κούριερ ήταν ευγενέστατος ! Οπότε βάζω 4 αστέρια με επιφύλαξη και προσδοκώ τυχόν άλλες παραδόσεις να γίνονται σπίτι μου όταν πληρώνω έξοδα μεταφοράς. Δεν σήκωναν το τηλέφωνο σήμερα' οπότε πήρα στα κεντρικά στο 11120 και ενημέρωσα και για την προηγούμενη φορά καθώς και για τις αξιολογήσεις του συγκεκριμένου ΕΛΤΑ , γιατί πιστεύω ότι έχει τα περιθώρια να γίνει πολύ καλύτερο ... Update 5/04/22 Flawless service *** The last time while I had paid 4.50 euros for transportation costs' it was a package from Halkidiki 'I had to take it from the ELTA store (fortunately it was not crowded and the employee was very kind)' I finally do not know if the company from which I had was to blame orders ... S	Sakis NS on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Έκανα το λάθος και βασίστηκα στο ωράριο που αναφέρεται στο google. Το ωράριο είναι δικής τους επινόησης (8:00 - 16:00) και προφανώς δεν ενημερώθηκε ποτέ το Google. Αλλά τι τους νοιάζει... Αυτά λοιπόν, 1 αστεράκι και πολύ σας πέφτει. I made a mistake and relied on the schedule mentioned in google. The schedule is their own invention (8:00 - 16:00) and apparently Google was never informed. But what do they care ... So these, 1 star and a lot falls on you.
Ξ	Ξένια on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Έχω κάνει παραγγελία πάνω από εβδομάδα και με σχόλιο ότι θέλω να παραδοθεί κατ οίκον. Μου τηλεφώνησε ο άνθρωπος απ το κατάστημα και μου είπε ότι θα επιστραφεί και θα χρεωθεί 8€. Αν μπορούσα να πάω να την παραλάβω δεν θα έκανα παραγγελία για το σπίτι και την θέλω ΑΜΕΣΑ!!!! Μάλιστα είπαν και ψέματα ότι ήρθαν 2 φορές και δεν με βρήκαν ενώ δεν έχω φύγει από το σπίτι και φυσικά δεν σηκώνει κανένας τηλέφωνο. I have been ordering for over a week and with a comment that I want it delivered home. The man from the store called me and told me that it will be returned and will be charged 8 €. If I could go and pick it up I would not place an order for the house and I want it IMMEDIATELY !!!! In fact, they lied that they came twice and did not find me while I have not left the house and of course no one picks up the phone.
P	Pandelis Filippou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Είναι απαράδεκτοι , παίρνουν τηλέφωνο και αν δεν το σηκώσεις εκείνη την στιγμή απλά εξαφανίζονται . Και λένε και το τεράστιο ψέμα χτυπήσαμε και δεν ανοίξατε . Αλλά ποιος ξέρει τι ψίχουλα θα δίνουν για να συμπεριφέρονται έτσι οι υπάλληλοι . Δυστυχώς δεν μπορώ να βάλω 0!!! They are unacceptable, they pick up the phone and if you do not pick it up at that moment they just disappear. And they say the huge lie we hit and you did not open. But who knows what crumbs they will give to make the employees behave like that. Unfortunately I can not put 0 !!!
