Fantastic location, right on the main square of busy, buzzy Kalamata. Modern large rooms, fantastic beds and terrific cleaning staff. Satisfying full breakfast in the downstairs restaurant. Mrs. Maria, the owner, full of personality and kindness! We will be back!

Central Rooms is very cozy yet classy and well-furnished with amazing views of the main plaza of Kalamata. The staff and owners are incredibly professional.

great, clean, spacious room with all needed facilities, good breakfast served downstairs at the caffe, nice location at city center, friendly staff. A minus for these rooms is the absence of an elevator and it should be pointed out on sites listed-not all visitors can climb stairs carrying luggage.

These superior lodgings are located on the central entertainment avenue of Kalamata, Greek Peloponnese. Very convenient and well equipped with pleasant management. Be advised - at this time there is no elevator to the upstairs apartments so limited mobility may make Central Rooms less of an option. Light breakfast is available in the café on the ground floor.

Large rooms in a very central location, as the name says. Rooms with large terraces, good breakfast served in the coffee downstairs... overall a great place to stay in Kalamata at a great price. Just bring ear plugs to sleep, cause the streets are very noisy and the windows are not soundproof!

+1 The Gift that keeps on Giving!!! Where can I start, just so much to say about this lovely little boutique hotel that hasn’t already been said. Yes, the beds are the most comfortable mattresses and pillows so comfy. Rooms are cleaned daily, fresh soft towels every day and bed linen changed twice a week. If requested you can have a beautiful continental breakfast brought up to you room each morning and the variety of choice exceeded our expectations and All inclusive for such a reasonable price. Location is fabulous if you want to be in a bustling, Vibrant environment. So many shops, coffee shops & bars you really are spoilt for choice and so inexpensive to eat out even at the most prestigious beach restaurants. Just €3.50 in a taxi to the beach front. You must check out the Pharae Palace Hotel roof terrace restaurant with stunning views and you don’t have to be a resident to enjoy it?..if you just want a traditional fish Mezzanine or a quick bite go to the beautiful little restaurant facing the Chilli Box, wonderful friendly Boss and Staff. If you want Hollywood luxury have a beach day at Anasha or Ego which is further up the beach. Loads of lovely quaint & traditional shops in the OLD TOWN, and make a point of visiting the friendly Tapaz Bar and Rock Bar that sometimes plays live music, the whole area is a hidden gem. We could not fault Kalamata or our accommodation at Central Rooms. Everywhere we went the people were so kind & accommodating. Most speak a broken English but fortunately, Kalamata is still very Greek with all of the original traditions you would expect. On our last night John/Yannis, the owner of Central Rooms brought us a lovely bottle of Rosa to enjoy on the balcony, you would never get such a lovely personal touch in any of the commercial hotels! It was a lovely gesture and nothing was too much trouble for any of the staff. Kalamata is the gift that keeps on giving.. We will be back again in September to get my dental treatments which the dentist here are caring & extremely professional and use the start of the art equipment I haven’t seen anything like this Service in England unless you go private and that you pay an arm and a leg for. We really did not want to leave this beautiful place and Central rooms and Kalamata will be our go too destination from now on, just so much to see and so much choice for whatever age group.

Wonderful little hotel. Modern rooms and super freindly staff. Nothing is too much trouble. You can have the continental breakfast brought up to your room, and they catered for my vegan partner. It's close to all the bars and restaurants, walk further to the top of the road and you will find the old part of town with more bars and tavernas. Would deffinately recommend this hotel.
