A	Anestis K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Μείναμε πολύ ικανοποιημένοι με τη διαμονή. Το δωμάτιο πεντακάθαρο, ευρύχωρο, με όλες τις μοντέρνες ανέσεις. Τα μπαλκόνια τεράστια αν και δεν τα χρησιμοποιήσαμε καθώς έτυχε να έχει πολύ αέρα. Ο κύριος που μας υποδέχτηκε πολύ εξυπηρετικός και ευγενικός. We were very satisfied with the stay. The room is spotless, spacious, with all modern comforts. The balconies were huge although we did not use them as it happened to have a lot of air. The gentleman who welcomed us was very helpful and polite.

Ιδιοκτήτης και προσωπικό σου φέρονται με ευγένεια, φιλικότητα και ο κ. Πέτρος (ιδοκτητης) ότι κι αν χρειαστείτε ή προτάσεις για τις εξορμήσεις θα χει τη λύση. Ιδιωτικό πάρκινγκ και καθαριότητα. Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα . Περάσαμε υπέροχα. Ευχαριστούμε THE RESIDENTS. The Residences is centrally located. Everything is next to you on foot. New construction, nice decoration, comfortable apartments for family. Your owner and staff treat you with courtesy, friendliness and Mr. Petros (owner) that if you need or suggestions for excursions will have the solution. Private parking and cleaning. I highly recommend it. We had a wonderful time. Thank you THE RESIDENTS.
Χ	Χριστιαννα Θανου on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Το ξενοδοχειο ειναι πολυ προσεγμενο με ωραια και μοντερνα διακοσμηση στα δωματια και σε πολυ καλη τοποθεσια κοντα στην κεντρικη πλατεια της Καλαματας. Επισης η κυρια στη reception ειναι πολυ ευγενικη και προθυμη να σε εξυπηρετησει. Στα αρνητικα θα εβαζα την ελλειψη ηχομονωσης τοσο απο την πορτα του δωματιου οσο και απο την μπαλκονοπορτα. Ακομα λογω του Covid θα προτιμουσα να υπαρχουν στο μπανιο ατομικα ειδη περιποιησης και οχι μεγαλες συσκευασιες για ολους τους πελατες. The hotel is very neat with nice and modern decoration in the rooms and in a very good location near the main square of Kalamata. Also the lady at the reception is very polite and willing to serve you. On the downside I would put the lack of sound insulation both from the door of the room and from the balcony door. Also because of Covid I would prefer to have individual toiletries in the bathroom and not large packages for all customers.

Ανύπαρκτη ηχομόνωση, οπότε κατα τις περιόδους αιχμής είναι πολυ ενοχλητικός ο θόρυβος, τόσο από τους εσωτερικούς κοινόχρηστους χώρους και τα δίπλα δωμάτια, όσο και από το δρόμο. Δύσκολο το υπόγειο πάρκινγκ, με ασανσερ και μανουβρες. Το προσωπικό δωματίων, ευγενέστατο. Πεντακάθαρο και ευρύχωρο διαμέρισμα και τεράστιες βεράντες, πολύ ωραίες και απαλές πετσέτες, ικανοποιητικό το κρεβάτι.Ωραίες smart tv, αργό internet δε, προσεγμένος φωτισμός Στην υποδοχή μας παρείχαν δωρεάν και κάψουλες espresso και 2 μπουκαλάκια εμφιαλωμένο νερό. Βολική θέση για μετακινησεις εκτός πόλης , άσχημο σημείο αισθητικά δε. Καταπληκτικός ο φούρνος που συστεγάζεται με το residences, υπέροχος καφές espresso, πολύ καλή και ευγενική εξυπηρέτηση! Cold reception, cold space. Non-existent sound insulation, so during peak times the noise is very annoying, both from the interior common areas and the adjoining rooms, as well as from the street. Underground parking is difficult, with elevator and maneuvers. The room staff, very kind. Very clean and spacious apartment and huge terraces, very nice and soft towels, satisfactory bed. Nice smart tv, slow internet, careful lighting At our reception they provided free espresso capsules and 2 bottles of bottled water. Convenient location for travel outside the city, not a bad place aesthetically. Amazing oven co-located with residences, wonderful espresso coffee, very good and kind service!
