D	Dimitra Stavridi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Είναι αναλόγως πως θα το πετύχεις. Έχουμε πάρει και φρέσκο, αλλά και πολύ μπαγιάτικο. Κρίμα να δίνεις 20€ και η κρέμα στο γλυκό να είναι πέτρα. Αν το πετύχεις σε καλή μέρα, αξίζει! It depends on how you will achieve it. We have got both fresh and very stale. It is a pity to give 20 € and the cream in the dessert to be a stone. If you succeed on a good day, it's worth it!

Γενικά όμως έχει εξαιρετικά γλυκά κ παγωτά, απλά τα ποντικακια είναι highlight!! The best mice we have ever eaten !!! Always incredibly fresh with a great balance between the sponge cake and the mousse !!! But in general it has excellent sweets and ice creams, just the mice are the highlight !!

D	Dimitris on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Το παλεύουν δεν λέω αλλά νομίζω ότι επειδή το κατάστημα δεν έχει πολύ δουλειά τα προιόντα τους τους μένουν και μπαγιατευουν.Βεβαια από ότι φαίνεται προτιμούν να τα κρατάνε και να τα πουλάνε παρά να τα πετάνε όταν πρέπει. I do not say they fight it but I think that because the store does not have much work, their products stay and they stagnate.

M	Marisa Bessa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Επηρεασμένη από τις καλές κριτικές και την προσεγμένη όψη του μαγαζιού, είπα να το επισκεφτώ κάποια στιγμή. Η εντύπωση που σχημάτισα, ωστόσο, ήταν η χειρότερη και παραθέτω αναλυτικά τους λόγους. Πάστα φλώρα που αντί για μαρμελάδα ήταν γεμάτη με 2-3 γλυκά του κουταλιού (εικάζω περισσευούμενα, για να μην πεταχτούν) και πάθαινες ζάχαρο με την πρώτη μπουκιά. Πραγματικά δεν τρωγόταν. Το χειρότερο, όμως, ήταν τα εκλεράκια που δεν ήταν απλά μπαγιάτικα, αλλά ξινισμένα. Τα είχα πάει σε επίσκεψη και μου έπεσαν τα μούτρα. Φυσικά τα επέστρεψα και ο ιδιοκτήτης, αφού δοκίμασε, μου είπε (άκουσον άκουσον!) πως ήταν φρεσκότατα. Κατανοώ την προσπάθεια υπεράσπισης της επιχειρήσης από πλευράς του, αλλά ένα "Συγγνώμη, έχετε απόλυτο δίκιο" θα ήταν αρκετό και θα το εκτιμούσα. Η μη αναγνώριση του λάθους, όμως, ισοδυναμεί με πλήρη έλλειψη σεβασμού προς τους πελάτες. Οποιαδήποτε επιχείρηση θεωρεί ότι οι πελάτες τρώνε κουτόχορτο, δεν είναι σοβαρή. Η προσφορά του ιδιοκτήτη ήταν να μου δώσει ισάριθμα εκλεράκια σε μια ομολογουμένως ανεπιτυχή προσπάθεια διπλωματίας και δήθεν επαγγελματισμού. Φυσικά δεν τα δέχτηκα μιας και δεν ήταν αυτός ο σκοπός μου. Επέστρεψα με ειλικρινά καλή προαίρεση να επισημάνω το λάθος τους. Ίσως θα έπρεπε να έχω ακολουθήσει άλλη οδό προς επίρρωση όσων ανέφερα, μιας και δεν εκτιμήθηκε καθόλου η στάση μου. Το μόνο βέβαιο είναι πως δεν θα ξαναπατήσω. Influenced by the good reviews and the neat look of the store, I said to visit it at some point. The impression I made, however, was the worst and I quote in detail the reasons. Pasta flora that instead of jam was filled with 2-3 sweets of the spoon (I guess leftovers, so as not to be thrown away) and sugar with the first bite. He really was not eaten. The worst, however, were the eclairs that were not just stale, but sour. I had visited them and my face fell. Of course I returned them and the owner, after trying them, told me (listen, listen!) That they were very fresh. I understand his attempt to defend the business, but an "Sorry, you are absolutely right" would be enough and I would appreciate it. Failure to acknowledge the mistake, however, is tantamount to a complete lack of respect for customers. Any business that thinks customers are eating weed is not serious. The owner's offer was to give me an equal number of bucks in an admittedly unsuccessful attempt at diplomacy and supposed professionalism. Of course I did not accept them since that was not my purpose. I returned with honestly good will to point out their mistake. Maybe I should have taken another path to support what I said, since my attitude was not appreciated at all. The only sure thing is that I will not cheat again.
