Στις 20/12 έκανα την παραγγελία μου για δύο παιχνίδια οπου με διαβεβαιωσαν τηλεφωνικά αν και δεν υπήρχε ετοιμοπαραδοτο το ένα ότι θα τα έχω πριν την πρωτοχρονιά. Μετά από απειρα τηλεφωνήματα δικά μου μιλήσαμε στις 30 /12 όπου με ενημέρωσαν ότι υπάρχει έλλειψη στο συγκεκριμένο προϊόν. Δηλαδή μια μέρα πριν την παραμονή που σημαίνει ότι δεν είχα χρόνο ούτε να το παραλάβω από κάπου αλλού. Ακύρωσαμε την παραγγελία και με ενημέρωσαν ότι σε 3 με 4 εργάσιμες μέρες θα έχει γίνει επιστροφή χρημάτων. Σήμερα 7/1 δεν έχει φανεί ακόμα τίποτα. Although I am not used to criticizing this particular store, it is the worst there is. On 12/20 I placed my order for two games where they assured me by phone although there was no one ready that I would have them before the New Year. After countless phone calls of mine, we spoke on 30/12 where I was informed that there is a shortage in this product. That is, one day before the eve which means that I did not have time to pick it up from somewhere else. We canceled the order and they informed me that in 3 to 4 working days there will be a refund. Today 7/1 nothing has been seen yet.
e	e p on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Έμεινα πολύ ικανοποιημένη με δώρο Πάσχα που παρήγγειλα τηλεφωνικώς. Στο σάιτ έδειχνε 4-10 μέρες αναμονή. Με ενημέρωσαν ότι θα το έχω εγκαίρως, επιβεβαίωσαν το χρόνο πριν προχωρήσουν στην τελική παραγγελία και το παιχνίδι μου έφτασε τελικα νωρίτερα από ότι περίμενα. Πέραν των mail, η επικοινωνία γινόταν με τηλέφωνα μέχρι να το σηκωσω. Απορώ με κακές κριτικές περί καθυστερήσεων γιατί πραγματικα η δική μου συγκεκριμένη εμπειρία ήταν εξαιρετική. Πολύ επαγγελματίες,φιλικοί και μάλιστα με την καλύτερη τιμή της αγοράς στο συγκεκριμένο. I was very pleased with the Easter gift I ordered over the phone. On the site it showed 4-10 days of waiting. They informed me that I would have it on time, confirmed the time before proceeding with the final order and my toy finally arrived earlier than I expected. In addition to the mails, the communication was done by telephones until I picked it up. I wonder with bad reviews about delays because my specific experience was really great. Very professional, friendly and in fact with the best market price in this area.
