Το υπάρχον προσωπικό έχει τυπικά προσόντα χαμηλού επιπέδου, ενώ τα 5/7 της Διοικούσας Επιτροπής είναι άτομα επιπέδου δευτεροβάθμιας εκπαίδευσης.
Δεν είναι καθόλου λοιπόν τυχαίο γιατί η συντριπτική πλειοψηφία των επαγγελματιών θεωρεί πως δεν προσφέρει κανένα ουσιαστικό έργο και πως η ετήσια συνδρομή δεν είναι παρά ένα περιττό έξοδο.
 The institution that is supposed to promote entrepreneurship in the county, using practices of other years, has managed to stay in the spotlight, where it will remain for many years to come. Existing staff are typically of low-level qualifications, while 5/7 of the Board are secondary level staff.
It is no coincidence, therefore, that the overwhelming majority of professionals consider that it does not offer any meaningful work and that annual assistance is an unnecessary expense.
