The service provided by the staff was exceptional and they went over and above for our visit. The meals were exceptional and delicious. We availed ourselves of the following : transfer service, beach umbrella & chairs, snacks, excursion booking and wine and cocktails from the bar.

From the airport with a private meet & greet hotel transfer, to Champagne reception on arrival, a luxury room upgrade, the delicious breakfasts, wonderful cocktails the hotel was truly perfect. However what sets this hotel apart from others is the level of customer service and the can do attitude of all the very friendly, polite, welcoming and efficient staff in all areas of the hotel. A special mention to the front desk staff Mia & Georgia to the wonderful service from Maria & Manolis at breakfast and for the wonderful cocktails. Your welcoming smiles, polite mannerism and impeccable customer service made us feel so welcome from the first minute to the last minute and ensured we had a fabulous stay in your wonderful hotel.
J	Jessica Bloomer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chania Flair was a wonderful place to stay in Crete. We were greeted upon arrival with a drink and a snack then we were shown to our room. The look of the hotel is very modern and beautiful. The bar and restaurant were both excellent. The pool and gym had great views. We also were steps from the beach and many tavernas. What made Chania Flair so special though was the staff. Everyone we spoke with was friendly, hospitable, and accommodating. The bartenders we chatted with on the first night remembered us and checked in throughout our stay just to see how our trip was going. There were special touches throughout our stay such as leaving an easter basket in our room and giving us a bottle of olive oil when we left. I would absolutely stay here next time I'm in Crete and highly recommend Chania Flair.

Greeted with champagne and canapés on arrival. We had complimentary fruit and wine brought to our room. The rooms are beautiful, clean, comfy and modern. Amazing double shower that makes me want to re-do our bathroom when we get home! The location is wonderful. Restaurants, beach and bars on your doorstep and a casual 15 minute walk along the water front to the old town. Would return in a heartbeat!

We enjoyed the suite we rented very much. The staff was excellent attentive. I travel quite a bit for work purposes and I have stayed in many different hotels all over the world for business. Chania Flair has found the right mix of luxury, professionalism and personal touch all in a beautiful location. Well done. We will certainly return and recommend our friends.

The mixture of the modern style, funky electronics and the very polite and helpful staff made this stay great. Everything from the breakfasts which are unreal to the roof top gym, pool and sunbathing spots are top tier. The location is great as well due to it been located at the less busy port than the Chania old town. Some great restaurants and an easy walk to the main port. The staff were great in organising the usual tourist admin and sorting taxis and tours out. Thank you Chania Flair and keep up the good work! I'd highly recommend.

Not only because of the beautiful room with the pool on the fifth floor overseeing the sea and sunset but also because of the service. We felt very pampered, all the staff was super friendly, welcoming and attentive and they even kindly let us stay a bit longer than the time we booked as it was a special occasion. Happy to recommend to others, beautiful place, people and location!

The service was amazing, and each staff member was incredibly thoughtful. The hotel itself and the rooms were beautiful - modern, extremely clean and comfortable, aesthetically pleasing, and luxurious. We loved the whirlpool and sauna on the rooftop (and we loved having a drink at sunset too). The location was also really ideal - it was a close walk to the venetian harbor/historic district, but was on a quiet street on the beachfront a little away from the noise. Breakfast was delicious as well. We really couldn't have asked for a better stay or kinder hosts, and we hope to visit again!
