Καθαρό ωραίοι χώροι με όλα τα αναγκαία και όχι μόνο. Έτσι θα έπρεπε να είναι κάθε διαμονή! Χίλια μπράβο σας. Excellent choice if you want to stay in the center of Heraklion, Crete. I highly recommend it. Clean nice spaces with everything necessary and more. This is how every stay should be! Well done.

Lors de la réservation, nous avons reçu un email disant que nous allions être recontactées pour confirmer notre réservation. Le propriétaire ne nous a jamais contacté et n'a jamais répondu au téléphone, ni aux emails envoyés de notre part, afin de confirmer notre réservation. Lors de notre arrivée à Héraklion, le propriétaire a finalement répondu au téléphone et nous a annoncé que la chambre que nous souhaitions réserver n'était pas disponible. Cependant, il nous a proposé une autre chambre pour 1 nuit, le temps de nous retourner et de trouver une solution. Le propriétaire nous a proposé cette alternative pour 70 euros, "prix d'amis" selon ses termes, soit le prix proposé sur le site de l'hôtel... Nous n'avons reçu aucune excuse pour ce manque de professionnalisme. Bref, si vous souhaitez réserver ici, soyez vigilant. We made a reservation directly on the hotel website 2 weeks before our stay. When booking, we received an email saying that we would be contacted to confirm our reservation. The owner never contacted us and never answered the phone, nor to emails sent from us, in order to confirm our reservation. When we arrived in Heraklion, the owner finally answered the phone and told us that the room we wanted to book was not available. However, he offered us another room for 1 night, the time to turn around and find a solution. The owner offered us this alternative for 70 euros, "friends' price" in his words, i.e. the price offered on the hotel's website... We received no apology for this lack of professionalism. In short, if you want to book here, be careful.

Very central location, close to bars and restaurants and a 10min walk from the port. Very clean. Equipped with everything you need, private parking under the house.

Parfait pour profiter de la ville en autonomie It was really perfect: right next to the city center (one street away so as not to have any noise!), spacious, very well equipped, beautiful terrace and small parking lot available. Perfect for enjoying the city independently
