★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A centric place with nice staff. Rooms are comfortable and clean. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because this place is not wheelchair accessible at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Twin room with bathroom was just OK. WiFi no good in the room. Location of hotel was convenient to all major sites in Heraklion. Front desk receptionists could use some attitude adjustment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good place for 1 night stay, is 5 mins away from the center and main city attractions) But wasn’t inspired with the room, at pics it looks more modern and stylish. Also the terrace was straight opposite the balcony of the old house of local people.
The price could include a breakfast, as it’s quite expensive for 1 night.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the friendliest and most helpful hotel owners we have ever met. Very happy with our stay at the Mirabello Hotel which was centrally located in Heraklion and yet afforded us a quiet night's sleep. At the moment there is no option for having breakfast there but there are plenty of cafes close by. Good rates too. We would certainly consider staying here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I definitely enjoyed my stay at Mirabello Hotel. The room was comfortable and was walking distance from the bus station and city center. My only issue was the size of the sink in the bathroom, it was TINY, but definitely not a deal breaker. I'd stay there again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great location, affordable, and it offers a tiny bit of sea views if you’re lucky. The rooms themselves were extremely outdated and basic. The bathroom wasn’t so modern and appealing. Night staff was terribly inexperienced and couldn’t access our reservation nor offer late check out because he had no access to the next day of booking (he’s basically just there to let latecomers in and give keys it seems). But for one night this place is OK and just a few minutes walk from the town square and the seaport.
