★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Soothing and calming walks through neighbourhoods of tranquil pine trees, olive trees and deciduous plants, the gate to the famous Water Trail leading to Palia Kavala. Curious pets (mostly cats and dogs of the neighbourhood) may offer their companion for a certain time, walking some distance with you. Hospitable people of the neighbourhood may greet and talk to you, as if you were known to them. The tranquil church of Hagios Konstantinos offers a great view to the sea below. A cool oasis in the heat of the summer evenings! All in a walking distance from Kavala's city centre.
