★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Η εκκλησία του Αγίου Νικολάου βρίσκεται στο ψηλότερο σημείο της Χώρας της Ίου. Πιο κάτω βρίσκεται η εκκλησία του Αγίου Γεωργίου και πιο κάτω η εκκλησία του Αγίου Ελευθερίου. Αυτές είναι οι τρεις μικρές εκκλησίες που φαίνονται στην κορυφή της Χώρας της Ίου. Ακριβώς από κάτω από αυτά τα τρία μικρά εκκλησάκια βρίσκεται η εκκλησία της Παναγίας της Γκρεμιώτισσας. Μέσα από στενά μονοπάτια της Χώρας θα φτάσεις εκεί. Δυστυχώς όλες οι εκκλησίες ήταν κλειδωμένες με αποτέλεσμα να μη μπορείς να ανάψεις ένα κερί και να προσκυνήσεις. Φυσάει πολύ εκεί πάνω, χρειάζεται προσοχή.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Although everyone crowds up at the Virgin Mary church opposite to this place, the actual sunset can be best appreciated here. As the last sun rays hit the white houses and blue roofs of the church you can almost feel a magical aura. 100% recommend!
