Χ	Χαρης Βαλ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Εξαιρετική θέα της χώρας της Ίου και του Μυλοπότα. Το μονοπάτι ξεκινά από το θέατρο και σε τρία km μέσα από ξερολιθιές καταλήγει στο όμορφο εκκλησάκι. Οι κεραίες χαλάνε το ντεκόρ αλλά τι να κάνουμε. Excellent view of the country of Ios and Mylopotas. The path starts from the theater and in three km through dry stones ends at the beautiful church. The antennas spoil the decor but what to do.
A	Alessio M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo anni di vacanze ad Ios finalmente siamo saliti al Profitis Ilias che domina dall’alto la spiaggia di Mylopotas. A piedi o con un quad (50cc è troppo poco, almeno 125...) si raggiunge facilmente da una strada sterrata e ripida. La chiesa è bella, pure aperta e visitabile (ci sono le chiavi nella serratura) si può accendere una candela al santo protettore dei freni a disco x il viaggio di ritorno! Le antenne radio telefoniche piazzate davanti sono una vergogna, rovinano tutto. Perché le hanno messe proprio lì davanti? Una bella gita da fare una volta (non tornerei una seconda) After years of holidays in Ios we finally climbed to Profitis Ilias which dominates the beach of Mylopotas from above. On foot or with a quad (50cc is too little, at least 125 ...) it can be easily reached from a dirt and steep road. The church is beautiful, even open and can be visited (there are the keys in the lock) you can light a candle to the patron saint of disc brakes for the return trip! The telephone radio antennas placed in front are a shame, they spoil everything. Why did they put them right there? A great trip to do once (wouldn't go back a second)
V	Victor Cape on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las vistas desde arriba son espectaculares, la pena es que unas antenas y un edificio arruinado estropeen el lugar. El camino para subir es de tierra y empinado pero con el quad no hubo problema. Solo por las vistas merece la pena subir hasta el lugar, desde la carretera son solo 5-10 minutos, 2 kilometros. The views from above are spectacular, the pity is that antennas and a ruined building spoil the place. The way up is dirt and steep but with the quad there was no problem. Just for the views it is worth going up to the place, from the road it is only 5-10 minutes, 2 km.
