Beautiful location, amazing decor, so tranquil. Views are amazing, food and service perfect! Will definitely be going back!

Very good service amazing hotel I recommend

Beautiful hotel. Aesthetically it has everything. We had the honeymoon suite which is the best room there is, and yes on first look, it’s amazing, but it just lacks the extra touch. The toiletries they provide are basic (no refill of shower gel, shampoo etc), no coffee machine (Nescafé provided), no slippers or cotton buds provided (had to ask), bed is comfortable but bedding is rough. Our plunge pool was cleaned by someone at 8am, while we were still in bed with the curtains open (that was a surprise) and the room was cleaned while at breakfast despite the “do not disturb” sign being up and we hadn’t yet put our personals in the safe. I mentioned this to the front desk, and there was no apology, but very defensive. I also pointed out several things that would help them so hope they take the little details into account. Front desk were helpful, and lovely at first, but when we said we had to cut our trip short due to personal reasons (family member admitted to hospital in London), their attitude changed and was extremely sour. It really is a shame and we’re unable to provide a refund for the remainder of our stay. A voucher was offered but given the circumstances, it’s highly unlikely we would use this in the next 12 months. That said, Jordan and Emilios who look after the fitness were wonderful, and the two gyms are great and very well equipped compared to any other hotel gym. This was the highlight to us! Location wise: it’s a very quiet area, and a rough drive off the main roads. We thought we were the only ones staying there because it was so dead, and was expecting a little vibe by the pool bar, but no service or food there. They kept saying it was end of season (last few days of august) which isn’t a great response. Food wise, the stuff on order is good (not wow) but I’m comparing to London and other great restaurants in Mykonos. It’s advertise as a fitness and wellness hotel, but it’s not completely there on the wellness and the little details that really make the difference.

Just home from the most perfect stay here! Myself and my wife have been to Mykonos on a few occasions but this time was the best yet and the hotel played a big part. The design is a different level to everywhere else we've stayed on the island, still very 'Mykonos' but also combines Tulum/Bali vibes. We found the hotel on Instagram after seeing a few famous athletes work out in the gym there and I have to say the two gyms are absolutely amazing.. huge in size with great equipment.. far better than I could have ever imagined for a hotel gym. The food was great but most importantly the whole vibe of the hotel was just exactly what we wanted. Very private, a hideaway from the noise of Mykonos town, super cool inside, the comfiest beds, and the balcony with pool we had was so relaxing spending the morning after breakfast soaking up the sun before heading out exploring. Will definitely be recommending to friends and we'll be back next summer!

Perfect place to rest and enjoy Mykonos. Feels very private with amazing views and only a short drive to Mykonos Town for going out. Hotel staff are very professional and friendly. The hotel has a modern design and is extremely clean and well maintained. For the more active people i don't think i had a better place to train than MykonosPerformance. Looking forward to going back next year!

Our stay at Charisma Hotel and Wellness Suites was a dream come true! The property and room was extremely clean, the staff was great and very attentive, and the location of the property was quick and convenient to all the major sights! When checking in the staff went above and beyond and secured us a quad to get around without having us to even leave the resort! I would highly recommend this resort to anyone looking to visit Mykonos!

Everything about this hotel was beautiful, the attention to detail and the fabulous decor made it the most relaxing place to stay. The room itself was large and well equipped, so very beautiful and comfortable. The large outdoor and indoor pools are a wonderful place to get swim or just relax around. I have never seen such an amazing outdoor gym. The staff are super friendly and helpful. All in all a brilliant place in which to relax or get fit, loved it!

FRAUDULENT HOTEL I had booked at this hotel for June. However the Greek embassy at my country(India) has a severe backlog with visa processing, so my trip was postponed. I told them this through email. At that point they did not have any issue. Now one week later they have charged my card. I am the managing director of a big company. I run 7 hospitals and 5 colleges. I would never ever treat people who come to my business this way. VERY CHEAP TACTICS. They do not know the basic premise of running a business. Your business will never last if you are only money obsessed and do not care about customer satisfaction. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE
