Tropicana Hotel , Suites & Villas Mykonos - Paradise Beach

Best place to stay in Mykonos hands down. They have new modern villas with new and very very clean rooms. We had the BEST views from our patio and private pool in which we’re perfect for Instagram and Facebook photos! Super friendly staff team and super accommodating. Great food and drinks from room service. I highly recommend this hotel. The setting is beautiful and the service super clean. I would really like to thank the staff so so much, very kind and very helpful person who take great care. A big thank you to Marie and Maria for their excellent management and all the staff. we will surely come back whenever we are in Mykonos.

Room was great, view was breathtaking, onsite vendors were convenient, but that's where the fun stopped. Pool area was a great place to unwind, but pool itself was freezing cold, it's not heated nor is there a hot tub near it to enjoy the outside. Coffee shop located conveniently by the lobby, but I got coffee with grounds floating multiple times. Went to enjoy the beach right in front of the property, found out that there are no beach chairs or anywhere to sit unless you go to TROPICANA branded club and PAY to sit by the ocean. House wine was reasonably priced (for the location), it was by far the worst wine I've tasted in all of my years of travel. Room was nice a clean, it also lacked a coffee maker, leaving us with instant coffee. Water bottle was provided when we checked in, never again replenished by housekeeping. Housekeeping showed up daily, didn't matter if you had Do Not Disturb on, they just showed up and cleaned the room. Nice hot tub on the balcony, out of view of housekeeping barging into your room to clean (despite DND light), coincidentally the hot tub doesn't get cleaned and had some brownish yellow residue where the water level was (likely from the water, but definitely should be cleaned). Staff was always present at the front desk, getting answers to questions sometimes was equivalent to pulling teeth. Daily parties were fun, for first 2 days as the DJs were the same and played EXACTLY THE SAME MIXES every day. Hotel food was good though!

In all my years of traveling, have been to 20+ countries and by far this has been one of the best places I have stayed. The staff is SUPER friendly and helpful with everything from room service to taxis to accommodations. The pool area is super nice and the beach club is amazing. I highly recommend this hotel if you are staying Mykonos. Definitely a younger crowd and not for families.

Beautiful, clean and friendly staff. Food was great and location ??. Also, if ur a cat lover like me plz help feed the kitties to the right of Tropicana Bar. They are Beautiful but deff needs food! The also have great transportation service and a minimart 3 mins away which also has pet food ?
