R	Romain MROŻEK on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shame ! Clearly one of the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had so far. Walk away from this dirty, old school hotel. The rooms have not been renovated for at least 30 years. The brown, cheap wooden furnitures give you a clue at first sight. Please visit the bathroom and enjoy the horrible humidity smell, confirmed by the black visible fungus and the tartar located in the lovely 30 years old shower/spa plastic cabin. Open the sink and you’ll quickly understand that the pipes have not been cleaned for months, maybe years. What about the decoration? Well, as time stoped in the 90’s, enjoy the deep purple tiling on the walls. Wanna have a nap? Check first the multicoloured 30 years old materas… It is clearly this kind of hotel which is still alive thanks to tour operators, so nobody complains. No investments are made to maintain it and profit is the number one philosophy. I could speak with the manager who should get retired now. Always finding an excuse to justify the horrible conditions of his hotel, not caring and not respecting his clients. He clearly told me that he wouldn't do nothing after my complaints to apologise. 5 stars hotel ? Ah aha ah, One would be overrating it!

Room very dirty, house keeping don't replace towels and we had to buy toilet paper ourselves?. Pool is downright filthy?. Buffet is the same every day, below average but not bad. 1 receptionist for 50 arriving pairs. Room not ready upon arrival. Elevators not working, very bad WiFi. Most drinks are utter low quality. Subpar aircon, terrace is full of strange rust or something like that. Beach staff are friendly however ?
D	Daniel Barcia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We arrived 3 hours before the check - in but Sofia, the manager, let us enjoy the all inclusive and the poll while waiting. The staff was very kind and professional. The food was better than any restaurant in Chania. Thank you for such a great experience.
D	Dan Andersen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food is above average but you wouldn't be missing too much if you take a dinner or two in the city at Chania. Taxi to old harbour is around €15 and airport transfer is around €37. The rooms were clean, tidy and serviced everyday (if you don't sleep too late ;) ) All inclusive is pretty handy and an affordable addition to your stay. It really takes the stress out of having to plan meals everyday. Galini also offers a take away lunch if your head out of a day trip where you get a bottle of water and can fill a takeaway box at the breakfast buffet. My wife and I had some trouble with our booking and were given a room in the beach annex (on the main road). Some might consider it an upgrade but she was pregnant and we had explicitly requested the main building to minimize trips on the cart. The staff were understanding and found us a new room which we were much happier with. The concierge and front desk staff were always very helpful and accommodating. I would certainly consider coming back again if the prices continue to remain affordable.

The rooms were roomy and clean, however, not to the level expected based on previous pictures and reviews. While the accommodations were not luxurious, the friendly atmosphere was welcoming. I was greeted with a bottle of wine in my room, that i enjoyef nightly.The breakfast was adequate and there was a wide variety to choose from. The best part of the stay was Sophia. She was wonderful. She was the lifeline for all of the guest. For a clean budget friendly hotel, I would definitely recommend

I loved the views, the food, the large selection of beverages in the all inclusive, the friendly staff and the beach just outside my window. I read the reviews before arrival and was prepared that I should not expect a 5 star hotel, so I didn't. And I must admit that the first room I got was not perfect, but when I asked for another room, I got the perfect room for my needs. I went on holiday without my family to have some time to read, watch the sun rise and set, take walks on the beach, and release a depression, and this place was exactly what I needed. Thank you all so much for doing a great job! If however you are not a fan of stairs, then this place is not for you. It takes about 5 minutes to go from the beach building to the main building where all the meals are, but you can order a golf cart to come get you from the hotel. I had read that a room smelled bad, so I brought a diffuser and essential oils, and though there could be a weird smell some days it quickly disappeared and I never located the source. But do your self a favor and go with an open mind. Notice all the amazing things instead of looking for things to complain about. I would definitely go back ❤️

The bed was comfortable to sleep on. The air conditioning worked just fine. The customer service was friendly. All inclusive was working, the bars got good drinks. The food was really good and lots of variety to offer. We arrived at the hotel at night. It would have been nice if the hotel had a small snack on offer for guests arriving. The pools were clean. It was good to swim on the beach. The surroundings of the hotel were large and beautiful. The main hotel building is on a hill, so a small bus was a great solution between the hotel and the beach. It was available to hotel guests 24h/a day. The road was a short distance to the bus stop, shops, restaurants and car rentals. The hotel has its own spa, the nail manicure was a nice refreshment. Our room cleaner lady Bruna? was absolutely lovely and smiling ❤️??
