Super friendly staff, cute dog receptionist, great view, good price - only down side is the super tiny bathroom (a big person - meaning long legs or built up) wouldn’t prob fit the toilet without hitting the knees on the sink :/ Still, great stay and this is the view

We stayed here for 7 nights and we wished that we would have stayed 7 more. The hotel is lovely and incredibly conveniently placed next to the sea. This means that during the day you can be by the beach, you can have some lunch at the tavern next door, and then be by the pool for the rest of the day. The place was very clean even during the pandemic (with room cleaning being a little less often). Every room has an amazing view to the sea and a balcony to sit on. The staff is very very nice and always looking to help. It was splendid.

The location was beautiful but the hosting was really bad. Mr Panagiwtis is really weird and rude person and we had always troubles with him, mainly by his behavior. The wifi was really slow(almost didn't work), the breakfast really poor for that price and we weren't allowed to use the parking and the sunbeds in the beach(we've paid for all). Not recommended.

I stayed twice at this hotel and intend to return next year. The hotel has very good staff and nice owners. Very good location, because 6 km to Chania. All rooms have sea view, beach at the hotel free of charge. Everything you need to relax is in place.

Family run beach resort. Very friendly staff (family). Rooms are very clean, nice view from the balcony onto the beach. Beach is just a few steps down and you are there. Free wifi, sun loungers are free on the beach to guests. Restaurant is clean and tidy. Nice food but small menu. Draught beer is also very nice. All in all, had a great experience. Weather was also great. Peaceful resort. Bobby the little dog is cute and great also. Doesn't harm anyone. I recommend anyone to come here for a relaxing week or two.

Very pleasant place for a holiday. There are many nice restaurants around, the beach is right in front of the hotel, you can use the pool and you have sun beds available on the beach and by the pool as well. Staff was very nice and helpful, we’d definitely come back while staying in Stalos!

Small hotel with about 25 sea view rooms right on the beach. As with most hotels the staff make it and they certainly do here. Booked a superior room which are the ones on the left whilst looking at the sea. Fine big rooms and large balcony. The rooms have large tvs decent mattresses, large smart TV and great aircon. The WiFi is slow but workable. They also have a little beach snack bar called Jojos which does all the basics. Travelling during covid they were able to book appointment for Pcr test (€60) and when my phone stopped working were able to book restraunts and taxis for me. The downside is the bathrooms are tiny. Now normally when I see this on a review, I think to myself how big do you need it, but they really are. The issues continue in the bathroom. The shower tray is also tiny and the shower curtain blocks off the shower and the loo together which means it gets soaked too and water goes everywhere. The biggest downside is the hot water. It's practically non existent. Out of approx 20 showers I got 1 hot 3 warm and the rest were cold ? The units have kitchenettes with no cooking facilties. With toaster and coffee maker only I would get rid of this and extend the bathrooms and then the bathroom size would be doubled, and you can't do anything with the kitchenette anyway. Its a waste of space really. The hotel is located in Stalos about 20 minute bus ride to Chania. The bendybus which stops about 40 yards up the street on your right as you leave the hotel. Stalos is quiet. But looking for a bit more livelier area the main hustle and bustle of agia marina is a 30 minute walk up the road/ beach. Overall very good spotlessly clean hotel right on the beach with great staff in a good location with good value for money. Fix a couple of issues and could be great. I would definitely stay here again.

Nice little Hotel, with straight beach entrance, pool and a nice view from nearly every room. Very good prices and a really friendly service. The only problem is the are the bathrooms, their so small you can‘t even shower properly. Some rooms don‘t even have a shower curtain and you flood the whole bathroom.
