Κλεφτοπουλα με την βούλα του νόμου των αρχικλεφτων της πολιτικής. Η αλλιώς όταν οι αλητεία συναντάται με τους φαρισαίους! Very clean and impressively perfect. Ο χώρος βέβαια είναι μικρός και δεν έχει εκτεθειμένα όλα τα ρούχα και καλο θα ήταν να κοιτάξεις από πριν στο Ίντερνετ τι θες, για να το ζητησεις και να στο κατεβάσουν απ την αποθήκη τους. Τα κορίτσια είναι ευγενέστατα και πολύ εξυπηρετικα Very beautiful and modern clothes at good prices. Of course, the space is small and not all the clothes are exposed and it would be good to look in advance at the Internet for what you want, to request it and download it from their warehouse. M	Myrto Ntente on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Παρήγγειλα ένα φόρεμα το οποίο δεν μου έκανε. Μου λένε τα κορίτσια (πολύ ευγενικά) να το στείλω πίσω με χρέωση παραλήπτη. Το κάνω και με παίρνουν τηλέφωνο για να γίνει η αλλαγή ή η επιστροφή χρημάτων, μου λένε όμως ότι η επιστροφή χρημάτων χρεώνεται 7 ευρώ τα έξοδα του κούριερ για αυτό καλύτερα να διαλέξω κάτι άλλο. Διαλεγω κάτι άλλο παίρνω σήμερα τηλέφωνο το σηκώνει μια άλλη κοπέλα (ακριβώς το αντίθετο από τις πρώτες) και μου λέει ότι χρεώνεται 5 ευρώ η αλλαγή. Κακο ύφος και αγενεια. Η επιστροφη χρηματων μπορούσε να γίνει στο πρώτο τηλέφωνημα ενώ ήξεραν ότι δεν έχω την απόδειξη, αλλά η αγενής κοπέλα με ενημέρωσε ότι δεν μπορούσε να γίνει χωρίς. Αρχικά καλό θα ήταν να συνεννοείστε για το τι λέτε στον κόσμο. Πολύ καλή η εξυπηρέτηση πελατών, αν αγαπάς όμως την δουλειά σου.... Απάντηση στην απάντηση σας. Αρχικά μακάρι να ήταν και η κοπέλα στην εξυπηρέτηση σας όσο ευγενική ήσασταν εσείς εδώ. Δεύτερον μάλλον δεν έχετε καταλάβει ότι το πρόβλημα μου δεν είναι το κόστος αλλά το ότι για αλλά με ενημέρωσαν στο πρώτο τηλεφωνημα και άλλα στο δεύτερο. Θα προτιμούσα να μου πείτε εξ αρχής "εφόσον δεν έχετε την απόδειξη δεν γίνεται αλλαγή",παρά αυτός ο παραλογισμός. Τέλος, προς την "ευγενική" υπάλληλο σας που με ενημέρωσε ότι η κλήση έχει καταγραφεί να την ενημερωσω ότι είναι παράνομ η ηχογράφηση πελάτη χωρίς την συγκατάθεση του. :) Και ξαναλέω το προβλημα ξεκινάει με την συμπεριφορά της υπάλληλου. Παρακαλώ. I ordered a dress which did not work for me. The girls tell me (very kindly) to send it back at the recipient's expense. I do it and they call me to make the change or refund, but they tell me that the refund is charged 7 euros the courier costs so it is better to choose something else. I choose something else, I get a phone call today, another girl picks it up (just the opposite of the first ones) and tells me that the change costs 5 euros. Bad style and rudeness. The refund could be made on the first phone call while they knew I did not have the receipt, but the rude girl informed me that it could not be done without. Initially it would be good to communicate about what you say to the world. Very good customer service, but if you love your job .... Reply to your answer. Initially I wish the girl at your service was as polite as you were here. Secondly, you probably have not understood that my problem is not the cost but the fact that for but they informed me in the first phone call and others in the second. I would rather you tell me from the beginning "unless you have the proof there is no change", despite this absurdity. Finally, to your "polite" employee who informed me that the call has been recorded to inform her that it is illegal to record a client without his consent. :) And again I say the problem starts with the behavior of the employee.
